“Release them,” you try out your so-called royal authority and for a moment it seems to be working.

“They are not prisoners,” the guard says and opens the gate that is not locked.

“We are just waiting here. The rogue king has been kind to us for some reason,” Amore says.

The guard comes to his senses and grabs you around your neck.

“Let go of me,” you demand with force, and he lets go of you.

“You guys have to get out of here. I don’t know what the rogue’s plan is but it can’t be good,” you say as the guard grabs you again and before you could get another word out, he squeezed the air from you, making you faint.

When you came to it, your siblings were gone and so was the guard. You stood up and rattle the bars of the cell, finding yourself locked up. “Crap.”

“Fancy seeing you here,” Davide’s voice rings in your ears.

“What did you do with them?” you spat, holding onto the bars.

“Nothing. For some reason they killed the guard and ran off,” Davide says not sounding to care much.
