บททั้งหมดของ Damien`s Obsession: The Billionaire Payne Brothers: บทที่ 21 - บทที่ 28

Ava`s POVI felt as if I was walking on air.Who knew love could feel this good! Two whole months and a half had passed of us being in a relationship. Of me dating Damien Payne and having him as my boyfriend. Things were now going great for me. I also moved out of that motel and was now living and renting my own apartment using my intern pay.And yes I still was not letting Damien spoil me too much with his money. He had even offered to buy me a house and I refused. The only time I let him spoil me was during our dates. Ones which were exciting and spontaneous. Like last week Damien had surprised me with a trip to Paris out of the blue for the weekend. We visited the eiffel tower and had delicious french wine. That was the only day I let him shop Paris clothes for me, which right now lay in my wardrobe unopened yet. For I was afraid to stare at the price tag. One time it was a trip on his Yatch and another was a skydiving trip. He was making me try

Ava`s POV“Ava, promise me that you will get checked by the doctor today. If not I will take you there myself. ” Damien stared at me worriedly the next morning as I came out of the bathroom after throwing my heart out. I was still feeling nauseated upon seeing certain food. And today it was seeing raw eggs. As I tried to make a simple breakfast of sandwiches for me and Damien before we left for work. “I will go okay,” I replied annoyed because I was not loving this feeling of being unwell. I hated being sick. “Phone Mrs Fay to give you a sick leave, so that you can go right now,” Damien spoke worriedly while handing me the phone. I knew he would have called her himself but he knew how i did not like it, having him interfere in my work.“No I can't, I am needed today for an important software project.” I replied, then walked over to help him with his tie. “I promise I will go during lunch time,&

Ava`s POV“Mom he cheated on me,” I cried rushing into my mother's arms. She had come to pick me up at the airport.“Oh my baby,” She whispered, hugging me tightly and soothing me with her comforting voice. As we drove home, I told her everything about him. And it hurt saying each word as all the memories we had shared flashed in my mind. And it hurt to think he had been playing me all along. I could feel her shock as I told her about my pregnancy.“We will get through this.” she spoke, squeezing my hand gently as we arrived home.I hugged her again, grateful to have such a supportive mother. Upon arriving at our little house, I took my bags and headed for my childhood room. Luckily my bed and things were still in there. After unpacking everything to distract myself from the pain, I finally sat down on my bed in tears again. This was as I spotted pictures of us, in one of my albums as I packed.Wors

Ava`s POVAfter landing, another Limo appeared with Aleksander`s burly muscled men following behind us the whole time. Instead of heading for Aleksander`s Mansion as I thought we were, my eyes widened as we headed into some unfamiliar rich celebrity neighbourhood instead. Men stood by the gate holding guns and as soon as they saw Aleksander they opened the gate while murmuring “Boss.” “Welcome to my humble home,” Aleksander spoke,“Humble home my ass,” I could not help but think while staring at the giant mansion. Unlike Damien`s home. Aleksander`s one was a typical Mafia King home. Men with guns everywhere and tight security.I stayed silent following behind him. “Did you acquire what I told you,” He then asked one of his men.“Yes we did boss. Very easily too. The package is a bit ruffled up but alive.” My eyes widened as I wondered what the hell they were talking about.
