บททั้งหมดของ Stutter Boy: บทที่ 51 - บทที่ 60

I sit on the bleachers beside Ethan, watching the volleyball game. It's ten minutes since the match started and Ethan is cheering loudly for our team. The rival team is actually strong and they are playing zealously. The scores are going back and forth ever too often. But currently our boys are leading for one point. I agree It's actually kind of thrilling to watch the boys bat the ball back and forth over the net. But I wonder, doesn't it hurt their hands when they hit the ball with so much strength ? I can never play this game. Anyway it's fun to watch. Our team is wearing red sleeveless Jersey tops and the opponents are in blue similar ones.  So it's colourful to eyes. And most of the guys has impressive biceps and nice veiny arms. Their sleeveless jerseys expose it freely to the viewers. I guess all these dorm girls are actually here to watch that. They are all giggling and cheering looking at the boys. Even some are cheering for their favourite play

Ethan's POV I have my lamp on dim as I lie on my bed, waiting for sleep, my body turned completely towards the left where Michael is sleeping peacefully on Gavin's bed, his own previous bed. He has his beautiful almost ethereal face turned towards me, his right arm under his head, raising his face a little from the pillow, revealing to my eyes his perfect plump lips and long eyelashes resting on his pink cheeks. Wait, if I've to confess honestly, he was actually sleeping facing the other direction but after 11 PM, when he finally fell asleep, I slowly crawled out of my bed and carefully turned him, making him face my direction. Although I really wanted to lie beside him and hug him, I didn't do that cause he made me promise, I won't climb on his bed and then play octopus with him like I unconsciously did on our first night of encounter. Anyway glad I was at least able to turn him toward me without waking him up. Now it's almost 1 Am. I can see the

" Oh c'mon..it's gonna be fun ! ", Grace whined stomping her feet in front of me. I sighed and crossed my hands. " I said I'm not c..coming." " But why ? What are you gonna do sitting here ?", She asked annoyed. It's sometime since she is nagging me to go to the party happening at Noah Franklin's house. I've already decided I am not going and I'm not changing my decision. " I'll d..do something. I've homeworks.", I said. " Oh C'mon Nate, tomorrow is goddamn SATURDAY ! ", Grace groaned. I can't understand why she want to drag me there when I don't really want to go. "Grace, please...I don't want to g..go. I don't l..like parties. ", I said. " You don't like parties ?", she left a sigh. " Or is it because Ethan would be there ?" " No. Ethan has n..nothing to do about this. It is he who is ig..ignoring me. Not me.", I said. " You told him not to come in front of you.", Grace sai

Ethan's POV I lay on a lounge chair by the edge of our school's pool in my swim suit, looking at Gavin and Grace swimming and splashing water at each other by the other side of the pool. It's ten or fifteen minutes since we came here and it's almost 10:30 Am now. The sun is shining brightly above us. There's more than twenty people here, both boys and girls who hasn't gone home for weekend. Most of them are in the pool, swimming and playing and laughing cheerfully. A few are sitting by the sides relaxed, dangling their legs in the water and applying sunscreen onto their body. But I don't feel like swimming or joining these people. It was Gavin who forcefully dragged me here. Last day I had told Gavin that it'd be nice to go swim in the pool on weekend. But then when I said that, I was thinking about swimming along with Michael. But things changed just in a day. Michael isn't here in the pool. Grace said she called him a lot of times to

Nate's POV " Why are they h..here ?", I asked tilting my head and frowning at Grace. We were at the nearby McDonald's. Grace wanted to have lunch from outside and I agreed to  go out since by now I also hate the lunch from our mess. When I asked whether Gavin is coming, she said he went out with his friends. So I didn't expect to see Gavin and Ethan sitting here sipping on lemonade. " Coincidence ??", Grace said. I deepened my frown a bit more. " This isn't a c..coincidence." "Okay, c'mon..let's go sit and talk ", she said and grabbed my hands. " I don't want to. Can we go s..somewhere else?", I asked. " Don't start behaving childish. Ethan wants to talk to you. And we are talking and solving your problem today.", She said. " He isn't gonna understand. I already t..talked to him a lot of times. It's better I s..stay away from him.", I said and quickly glanced at the table they were sitting. Etha
