By the time Ace woke up, it was already noon. He sat straight holding his head. He noticed his friends still sleeping beside him and the place was messy with the beer cans and other party stuff. He took his cell phone to see if he received any other messages from Edwin but he there were none expect the messages from the people, who were unimportant to him.Stretching out his muscles, he stood from there. Then Jacob woke up followed by Freddie, and they all freshened up. After spending few hours there, they all left to their houses though they were going to meet again in the night. As soon as they left, he called Edwin. He wanted to meet him but the situations were not allowing them. When Ace asked for the meet, Edwin was not at his house. He was outside, looking at the things to buy so that he could gift something to Ace. The time Edwin wanted to meet him, Ace was with his father playing the role of a perfect son before his father’s business partners, who called

Without making noise, Edwin walked out of the house, taking his uncle’s car keys. He locked the house from outside and left to Ace's guesthouse. Edwin was smiling continuously; might be because Ace was the one, who helped him or for some other reason, he didn’t know. In an hour, he reached the guesthouse, where Ace was already waiting for him. Edwin entered in calling out Ace’s name. Then he found him near the swimming pool, sleeping on the sun lounger. Edwin’s smile widened, seeing him, and he slowly walked towards him. With his eyes shut, arms folded, Ace looked so cute and Edwin began adoring him, silently. He was in his college practicing area, practicing along with his teammates while their coach kept scolding and yelling at them, continuously as he was expecting more and more from them. Though Edwin was looking ready for the competition, deep down he was scared. Not because of the competition, but because of the things that were going to happen after the competition. Even if Ace and Edwin promised eachother that nothing would change if they win or lose, but Edwin couldn’t be serene. He knew Ace’s temper and he was sure something would definitely happen. He was determined to not lose his relationship whatever happens, however Ace reacts. Taking a small
