I woke up when the sun rays from my window passed through my eyelashes. I yawned and stretched my body, feeling as if this is a brand new day. What happened last day?I can't seem to remember any events of yesterday other than being sick and Adam being here. I steadfastly sat down, feeling surprised. Adam was here yesterday!I remember how he kissed me and slammed me by the fridge. My mind also recalled how I sat down on top of him, making my body jolt as I feel something ticklish in my sensitive area. I was biting my lip unaware and I only realized it when I jumped out of bed to get out the room."Good morning,” Adam spoke by the door, stopping me from my tracks.Adam leaned in the door frame and I noticed that his hair was wet from the shower. He was wearing a dark brown pants and I can see his sculpted abs even though his towel hangs onto his shoulder, covering the two sides of his chest down to his navel. O

Adam just stared at me and his eyes were so sad. Zach was staring at me in the same way and my eyes can’t help sliding from the two of them. How am I supposed to confront them both? How did Zach know? I need to talk about my memories to Adam..."I will leave both of you for now." No! His eyes gaze at my hand holding Zach's and he turned around without looking at me. I feel a pain in my heart but I glanced at Zach who was still observing me.How did he know?"He called me." His voice was stern and he lets go of my hand, tucking my loose strands at the back of my ear. I scanned his face, looking at his beautiful tan skin, brown hair, and his emerald green eyes... Shiny green... This green color is…I raised my hand and try to touch the area near his eyes but he grabbed my wrist. I looked back at him and he was staring at me, studying my reaction."I feel weird, Zach."I felt my ey

Adam drove me on his black Mustang for work. When we reached the building, he parked in front of the entrance and he didn’t turn off the engine since he was also heading to the HQ.“See you later?” I bit my lip as soon I asked. He flashed me his lovely boyish smile and nodded, “I’m gonna be at your house later.” I giggled, wanting to squeal my throat out. Gosh, I always feel excited when it’s him. I nodded at him and opened my side of the door but he grabbed my wrist before I could step out.“Eve?” he called out, his eyes looking kind of shy. He is so adorable, I lifted my brows up to ask him. “Maybe you can come with me this Saturday…” Is he asking me out?“Where are we going?” I asked, still staring at his cute and shy phase. I wanted to laugh right now, and pinch his cheeks even but I waited for his answer first.“Well, I’m going to

After 4 days…I stared at the empty papers at my table, feeling a little empty, feeling like I have been drained. The stories I reviewed we’re already being prepared for publish and now I just want to stare at the vast space and fall to my soft, fuzzy bed. After the night at the house, it just became a week of piled work and I think I’m gonna get sick of speed running the reviews especially when Adam and I have a date tomorrow, well it’s not a date actually.I think it’s more of a visitation type of thing since we are going to Natalie’s house so I could meet Mr. Leon. Adam also haven’t been staying at the house, he’s still at his hotel and he sometimes just drop by in the office in a very weird way--- he appears out of thin air, always surprising the hell out me.I suddenly remembered the day, Wednesday, when he just appeared giving me a single rose and a kiss before disappearing away. I pursed m

After a week, Adam was too busy managing his businesses or so whatever he's been doing. After we visited Mr. Leon, he drove me home and he didn’t stay by my house. He told me that he'll be busy for a week, and now it's been 6 days of us just texting one another after the beach. It's been one hell of a busy day for me as well, group of distributors came in, trying to make us release some of the books being reviewed and it was stressful. "Eva, do you want coffee?" Natalie barged in with her beautiful innocent smile and was followed by Zach who carried some treasure in his plastic bag. "I think she'll be having soda, Nat." He smiled at her and hands her over one carton of chocolate milk. "This is for you." Natalie's eyes shone like a kid and it made me laugh. The woman who’ll have her will be so lucky. She waved us goodbye before marching out of my office. I beamed at Zach and he did the same with me, lifting the bag for me to get all excited. &nbs
