บททั้งหมดของ My Alpha My Queen: บทที่ 41 - บทที่ 50

Charlies POVI could scent Max before the others could and held up my hand to them, Josh wasted no time in climbing out the window and as Max opened the door, his eyes were firmly set on me. I wanted to tell him, it wasn’t fair for us to keep secrets from him, not like this. When Max announces that he had been with Draven, I was shocked, why would he want anything to do with the vampire??I had to ask him why but I could barely keep my eyes open and knowing they were both here was reassuring as i laid my head down. When I open my eyes, the morning sun was bright and I realise the curtains were open. The bright sun lighting up the room and I see Alpha Zach fast asleep on the sofa. I was a little annoyed that he was not in the bed with me.Carefully tiptoeing across the room, I pick up the paperwork that was scattered everywhere, some of the writing made no sense but there was a page containing my family tree, an old piece of paper that had see

Alpha Zach’s POVKayden was a good fighter and not in the least bit concerned that he was fighting his Alpha.I only just managed to grab him as he made a second attempt to attack Charlie. I had no plans to kill him but he had committed treason, not only by attacking the Queen but fighting with me without making his intentions clear. His punishment would be down to the pack.He finally shifts back, our breathing hanging heavy in the air as he watches me, his eyes a deep shade of onyx.“Ally is dead because of her” he snaps at me and I shift back. I had to show him he was wrong and that I did not want to fight him, not only was he a great Beta, he was my best friend“It wasn’t Charlie”He flares his nostrils at me and I knew he was preparing to attack me.“Kayden, you have to listen to me, Charlie is innocent, she has no Lycan”He stops moving but holds his stance and frowns at me

Alpha Max’s POVKiwi sits on the back seat with Charlie, they don’t speak and Charlie lies down, resting her head on Kiwis lap. I wish I could hear what she was thinking like I used to be able too.It was an odd feeling, seeing how close they were, Charlie had spent time with Kiwi long before she came here. Kiwi had taught her how to use her magic even though Kiwi had lost hers along the way, the result of not being a first born female Lycan.I had always wondered how close they got but Charlie never spoke of it and neither did Kiwi, shutting it down any time I had raised the subject. As we drive back to the pack, the car remains silent, no one knew what to say but after a couple of miles, Kiwi’s confused voice pops in my head“She has no Lycan”Her comment makes me swerve and as I straighten the car, I look at her in the mirror and keep the conversation private“How do you know?”&ldqu

Alpha Max’s POVThe ringing in my ears took forever to stop, it was like nothing I had ever felt before and I couldn’t figure out how Alpha Zach had not suffered like the rest of us, how he did not have blood running from his ears from the sheer pain she created??My vision had started to spin as Alpha Zach dived into the forest after her and my face hits the gravel. It was only after a few minutes that I could finally stand, trying to make sense of everything that had just happened. The warriors stand, cursing Charlie for what she had done when they turn their attention to me, holding their weapons in my direction again.“You are why she is here” one snarled at me, his eyes black.“Take her home” another demanded as they inched closer to me, trying to scare meStanding my ground, I put myself into a defence position, dropping my knees slightly so I was in a half squat whilst twisting myself to be prepared

Alpha Max’s POVWhen Alpha Zach arrested us, I didn’t fight it. I would not have stood a chance against his pack and i would rather be alive then dead.As I sit here in the dingy cell, I keep my eyes trained on Kiwi, it was the first time she had spoken out loud to Alpha Zach. She would mind link me telling me to keep the conversation in our minds because they would not hear a thing. The scream above ground had caused Alpha Zach to run off at speed, he hadn’t returned, and I expected the worst. At least now he will believe it is not us doing the killings.“Do you think its another teenager?” I ask KiwiShe looks at me in the dimly lit cell and rolls her eyes“Could you not tell?, the scream came from a child, not an adult or a teenager”She goes back to sitting in silence, closing her eyes, most likely searching for Charlie again.“You are not going to find her!”We h
