11. TYRONE
For the first time in years, Bella and Michel were having a fight. They were full-on yelling at each other—something that has never happened in all the years I knew them. They fought like any normal couple would but their fights had never reached this level. Swallowing, I turned onto my back and stared up at the ceiling. Longing settled inside me, making it hard to focus on anything else. Sometimes I wished that I had a woman of my own, someone to talk to about my own problems. I knew that the possibility of me finding someone who wouldn’t judge me for who I was and what I liked were slim. Bella shared the same interests which was why we started the relationship in the first place. As the years passed I had just accepted the fact that I wasn’t going to find anybody for myself. But things had changed. With a sneer, I sat up and ran my hands through my hair. It was getting harder to stop myself from dreaming of her. I couldn’t remember the last time I had woken up from a wet dream

“Both of you need to get a check-up at the hospital tomorrow morning,” the man said. “We didn’t pick up anything serious but it can change anytime. If things get worse during the night, get to the hospital immediately. I’d keep a close eye on your Omega if I were you.”My eyes dropped as the man glanced at me. I just wanted everybody to leave so I could give in to the tears I had been holding back. My emotions were a mess but I didn’t want them to know that, especially not Tyrone.“They’ll probably tell you this at the hospital too, but I wanted to inform you in case you weren’t aware of it.” He paused and lowered his voice even though it was still loud enough for everyone to hear. “You’re Omega is underweight. With her heat so close it’s best to stick to a healthy balanced diet.”“Thank you,” Tyrone growled through clenched teeth. “Have a good night.”I watched from beneath my lashes as he walked to the ambulance and climbed in. A moment later they drove off and disappeared into the

I was about to take a step back after pulling her to her feet when she did the most unexpected thing. She threw herself at me and climbed up my body in a similar way she had the first day she arrived on the ranch with Bella.“We need to talk about this habit of yours,” I muttered, turning to grab the reins. “I’m not a tree you can climb when you feel like it, baby.”Sin’s hold tightened. “You’re safe,” she croaked.I frowned, trying to make sense of her words. There was no time to think about it because lightening flashed across the sky and a second later it was answered by thunder. Her petite body jerked against mine.“We’ll be home before it rains,” I promised.Hooking an arm under her ass, I moved closer to my horse, but hesitated. I hoisted her higher up my body.“I need you to hold on as tightly as you can, okay?”  The moment she n

I never wanted to l eave. The thought made me cry harder because I knew that I had to leave as soon as possible. For the first time in years I felt safe and protected with his warmth and scent surrounding me.“Ty?”My body jerked when Michel suddenly called out.“Hand me the shower head,” he ordered him.A few seconds later I heard the shower door slide open. I opened my eyes and watched as Michel reached up to remove the shower head from it’s spot on the wall and slowly lower it. His eyes darted from Tyrone to me and then back to him again.“What else do you need?” Michel asked.“Get some clean clothes and ask Bella to warm the food,” Tyrone said. The thought of food made my stomach twist with nausea. I wasn’t hungry. All I wanted to do was go to sleep and never wake up because then I would have to face the reality of my situation.Michel crouched in front of me and reached out to rub his thumb across my cheek. “Do you want anything, sweet pea?”I wanted a lot of things, but none of

He didn’t kiss me the same way Michel had.Tyron’s lips barely brushed mine before he pulled back. My brows dipped into a frown as confusion filled me.“You’re name fits you,” he muttered. “You make me want to forget everything and sin.”The question was on the tip of my tongue, but I didn’t get a chance to voice it because he leaned forward again and pressed his lips to mine. Parting them, he caught my bottom lips between his. Teeth nipped my lip, making me shiver.“I really fucking shouldn’t be doing this,” he groaned.I didn’t want to leave without experiencing pleasure from him. There was something that pulled me towards him and it scared me. Despite the fear and the fact that he’s usually an asshole to me, I wanted him to make me feel like Michel had.So before he could change his mind, I took control. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him like Michel had kissed me. I wasn’t even aware of the fact that he had froze until he gripped my hips and jerked away.Breathing he

Silence. She didn’t argue with me. She didn’t demand that she was fine and in no need of a doctor. She didn’t tell me that she would take care of the cuts by herself.Sin just continued eating like I wasn’t talking. My frown deepened when her movements slowed. Glancing over her head, I took note of how much she had eaten. Not nearly enough, but I didn’t push her to eat more when she placed the fork down and pushed the tray back. My eyes locked onto glass of milk that had been left untouched.“Drink some milk,” I ordered. “Warm milk before bed will help you sleep.”Sin stared at the glass for a few minutes and then reached out with a shaky hand to pick it up. One sip, then two. With a whimper, Sin leaned forward to place the glass down, but in her haste she ended up knocking it over. She couldn’t get to her feet fast enough. While she was struggling to stand the tray was knocked from the coffee table onto the floor. Gripping her hips, I lifted her to her feet but it was already too lat

I was too scared to leave the bathroom. There had to be a specific reason for Draven to be here so early in the morning. The brief glimpse I got of him when I made a run for the bathroom told me that he wasn’t in a good mood. Of course he wouldn’t be after what happened in town.Is he here to take me back to the Omega Center? A shiver raced down my spine as I imagined the possibility of Jackson picking me up from the Center. My eyes snapped open when someone knocked on the door.“Are you planning on hiding in there forever?” Bella questioned.I couldn’t make out if she was teasing me or not. When I didn’t reply, she knocked again and softly called my name. I squeezed my eyes closed as my body flooded with hit for a few seconds before a chill replaced it. Wrapping my arms around my stomach, I leaned forward with my elbows on my knees and lowered my head. The cuts I got from the night before was stinging and I could feel the faint start of a headache forming behind my temples. I sucked in deep breathes of his scent and tried to be as discreet as possible while doing it. I hadn’t lied when I told him that he smelled good. His scent calmed the fear Bella’s actions had caused and the panic from Draven’s unexpected arrival.Draven had left by the time I had build up the courage to exit the bathroom but nobody had told me what he said. I wasn’t sure whether I should ask or just remain silent and ignore the fact that Jackson might talk Draven into agreeing with him.My body jerked in fright when Tyrone’s phone suddenly started ringing, breaking the tense silence that hung between us in the truck. Tyrone gripped the steering wheel with one hand and shifted in the seat to pull his phone from his pocket with his other hand.“Michel,” he greeted. “No, we haven’t reached town yet.”I turned to look out the window and tried my best to ignore the one-sided conversation, but it was hard to do especially when I heard my name mentioned twice. Watching him from the corner o

The kitchen was filled with my third most favourite smell in the world; pancakes. Pancakes made by my favourite person in the world who was extremely worried about the little Omega I brought home with me.It was hard for me to admit, but I was worried about her too.If Tyrone hadn’t seen the fire...a shudder raced down my spine..“Would you like some syrup with that, princess?”My eyes snapped over to Michel and then dropped to the plate he had placed down in front of me. For once I wasn’t in the mood for pancakes. When I only stared down at the plate, Michel sighed loudly.“Are you still mad at me?” he questioned softly.I shook my head. Michel moved to my side, turned my chair toward him and then hugged me to his chest with his lips brushing my forehead and then my cheek.“I don’t like it when you’re mad at me. Tell me what I need to do so you can look at me and talk to me,” he muttered.“I’m not mad at you.” I pulled away and glanced around the kitchen, searching for the courage to

We weren’t heading back to the ranch. The road was familiar, one I had driven only a few weeks ago with Draven. Was he going to take me back? Was he pissed at Bella because she agreed to letting me stay?My breathing sped up the closer we got to the Omega Center. I clutched at the hem of my shirt and tried my best to think of something I could say to make him change his mind, but the panic rising wasn’t helping at all.“Please don’t take me back,” I cried. “I’m sorry I kissed Michel and I’m s-sorry Jackson broke into the cottage.”The truck slowed and then pulled over to the side of the road. I would beg him if I had too. I would do anything he wanted me to do just so he would turn the truck around.“Breathe, baby.” The seatbelt slipped away and a second later I found myself seated across his lap. “It’s okay. Breathe for me.”He rubbed my back, right over the aching spot. Whimpering, I pressed my face to the crook of his neck and tried to suck in his scent. It was a struggle but his c
