Rose’s POV“I should have just left the place when Maddy told me to.” I said to myself while remembering when they locked their lips in front of me.“Why did she have to call him to pick me? Gosh. I will just pretend like I didn't know about it.”I sighted his car as I got out of their house but I continued walking down the street to get a taxi. “You can't tell me that you didn't see my car parked just in front of the house Rose!” Andy shouted beside me in his car.I ignored him and plucked my earphone in my ear. The place was already getting so dark and j was finding it hard to make my way about. My leg hit a stone and I fell down on the ground. “Ow!” I shouted and turned on my phone torch.“You should have just stopped walking. You have injured yourself now.” Andy said beside me then lifted me up.“I don't need your help. Stop doing all of this.” I pushed him.“I am not doing anything. You fell down and I helped you up. Is that so wrong for me to do?” Andy asked me. I could feel his

Mrs Vivian’s POV“Have you called him yet? It’s almost time for the dinner.” I told my husband, Drake who was taking his coffee in the living room.“Stop talking coffee. Who takes coffee in the evening?” I was about to take it from his hand but he moved it away.“What is it? That’s what I want to take now. Leave me alone woman.” He said and looked away from me.“You haven’t still called him right? I knew it!That’s why I wanted to do it myself. What do you even like about that girl?” I raised my voice and he looked at me.“Today is his birthday. He deserves so time with his wife to celebrate before meeting with his family in general. Leave them alone Vivian.” He warned me and I placed the phone down .“I just want to see my son. You know how much he is busy with work and now that girl is keeping him away from us. Don’t you see that?” I asked him and he clicked his tongue.“Can you hear yourself? That’s why she is his wife. She is his first priority now. They are a family. Just stop it

Madison’s POV “Why are you talking to your mother in such a tone? Stop it Audrey!” Drake scolded her and she frowned. “It wouldn’t change the fact that she is just being unecesarily rude to Tyler’s wife.” She spoke again and i stiffed my laugh. She wasn’t even scared to talk after what her dad said. “It’s okay now. This is a dinner for celebration. No one should be rude now.” He said and everyone kept quiet after that. “Whose bag is this? Are they already here?” Tyler asked and I noticed the bag beside me. I sat beside Tyler and Tyler sat beside Audrey. There was still about five empty seats yet to be filled. “Who is the ‘they’?” Drake asked and Tyler chuckled. I could feel how nervous he was. I am sure he didn’t even tell anyone that he was also inviting my family. “I also invited Madisson’s family here. This is a family dinner so I wanted them to be here also.” He said and Drake smiled. “Thank goodness. Why didn’t I even think of that? You must be happy Maddy. That’s good Tyle

Madison’s POVI tried pulling his hand away. Leaving the place didn't seem like a good idea for me. We would just be getting on the bad side of his family especially his mum.“I don't like that girl at all. Now she made Tyler just walk out of his birthday party!” I heard Mrs. Vivian’s scream inside and Tyler was about to head back inside but I held him back by holding his arm.“What do you think you are doing? Don't go back in and say something that you will regret later.” I told him with a frown and he sighed.“Why would she say something like that? She isn’t being reasonable at all.” he said and raised his voice.“You still don't have the right to shout or say something rude to her. Don't forget that she is your mum. She deserves that respect.” I reminded him and he nodded with a frown.“She knows that it's my birthday. How could she just ruin my mood like this? Why invite Brenda to a place at such a time? What's her deal? I am really pissed off right now.” he complained and started

Madison’s POVThe early sun creeped into my room and entered my eyes which made me toss around my bed. I eventually work up after trying to block the sun out of my eyes. I must have forgotten to close my curtains at night. After Tyler walked away I went straight to bed and he didn’t bother to check up on me.My room door was knocked slightly. “Who is that?” I asked after a while.“It’s me Maddy. Sir Tyler has gone to work and you haven’t come down for breakfast yet so I was worried.” She shouted over the door then opened it slightly.I yawned and then smiled sheepishly as her when she noticed that I just woke up. My hair was disheveled and I was glad that it wasn’t Tyler that saw me like that. He could have teased me all day for it.“He didn’t even have the guts to explain his actions yesterday. Coward.” I muttered to myself.“What did you say?” Mrs Sophia asked and I smiled. “Nothing. I will be down soon.” I told her and she nodded then closed the room door.I got down from the bed a
