[That man's POV]As soon as Altan left, Esen started preparing breakfast. "I don't know whether Gran would have eaten anything or not?" This thought made her even more worried. At first, it was Emily who took care of her food and drink, but now, "I wonder how she spent her night?" she wondered as she rummaged in the cupboards for something that looked edible. When she opened the fridge, she saw meatballs, soups, and fruits. There were a few vegetables and some bread. "But what would she eat?" she thought to herself. When nothing came to mind, she put some rice into a pan and set it on the stove to cook. It smelled like it wasn't going to turn out quite right, but it was better than nothing. Then she went back for another pot of milk and water to keep at a low boil to make the tea. She was now comfortably touching the juice bottle because of the gloves. The gloves were her best bet with this situation. Now nothing can turn into ice after her touch. After a few seconds, she sniffed some

[That man's POV][Vanara Pack]The sun shines brightly over the Vanara Pack, and through its warm rays, it bathes the pack in a gentle warmth as it rises into the sky, casting its light into all of the corners of the world it touches. The morning wind gently blows along the Nagosia forest, brushing past the animals that pass by. The breeze is so soft that no one knows whether they have walked or just run by the wind, but it doesn’t matter anyways. It’s just an ordinary day in the Vanara Pack, a day where they are all simply going about their business, enjoying the morning air and each other's company.Alpha Lowell was still thinking about that she-wolf while dressing Beta Geri's wounds. As he carefully tended to the wound, he tried desperately not to think about what she looked like underneath her black fur. A single silver earring adorned her left earlobe, contrasting nicely with her dark fur. She looked fierce in the darkness of night. She must be at least a hundred years old, if no

[That man's POV]It was a fine night in Nagosia forest. No wind blew, no rain fell, and the trees were still as if they’d just stepped out of another photograph. Only a few leaves drifted lazily through the air, and a chorus of crickets could be heard from all over.Zeta Eli was happy because of the association with Strigoi. He had found himself at peace with the world again. He was walking quietly when suddenly he heard the sounds of footsteps. He was in the forest, so it was easy to hear walking sounds, but this time he felt they were coming towards him. Zeta Eli looked around frantically, his eyes darting through every tree. Then suddenly he saw three wolves of the Vanara Pack coming towards him. The moonlight shone on their faces. Their teeth gleamed like white jagged icicles. The only reason the wolves didn’t attack Zeta Eli is because he was in wolf form. Their fur stood up on end, and it looked as if they were shaking off the snow that had settled on them while they were in wol

[That man's POV]By the time they reached the pack house, it was almost morning, the rising rays of the sun hid the moon somewhere along with the darkness of the night. All around them, trees and flowers began to light up and grow warm as dawn arrived, but no one else had woken. Even the birds were still, silent as the world turned. The silence seemed unnerving. A sudden change in nature would be something that would have been noticed immediately. But it is just an illusion, as they were running, that's why they didn't hear any other sound. In the distance, there was a faint buzzing sound like the cicadas, a sound like insects and birds all at once. After escaping the Nagosia forest, the first breath we took was when they entered the pack house. Seeing them enter in such a hurry, Alpha Altan, Gamma Kai and Beta Osiris all ran to the gate where the Ultima Wolf brothers were checking the security of the gate. They looked anxious, like they had some bad news for us. They were all starin

[That man's POV]When they saw Gravefur Pack running away, they quickly turned to Howl Wolf Thor who was lying unconscious on the ground. His face was injured, with a large wound on his nose and blood oozing from it with each passing second.Triple Changer Oz was limping as he ran towards him, and when he got there, he fell down, his knees buckling under his own weight. His face twisted into a pained grimace."Howl Wolf Thor, wake up! Please wake up!" But when he didn't even twitch at his voice, Triple Changer Oz fell back onto the grass with a heavy sigh."Let's take him back to pack house," Theta Wolf Azeil said in a low voice. "We can tend his wounds later, let's get him home now."Suddenly, they heard the sounds of running. Someone is coming towards them. It's Epsilon Wolves, the army they created against Gravefur Pack is now about to attack them in a herd, like a stampede. There were no warning signs. Epsilon Wolves were getting close too fast. They need to move out of its way if
