บททั้งหมดของ A SLAVE TO MY LYCAN MASTER: บทที่ 31 - บทที่ 40

Chapter 31~Emily~My heart was deeply troubled by the news Luther just passed on to us. But after a short while discussing with Rowan for whatever reason, Luther left the grounds. Finally, time to start off my training, now that Luther was gone I had Rowan all to myself. He still looked pretty banged up from the brawl he had with Zayne, but his movements were as sharp as ever. “Hey Emily, how are you?” A smile appeared on his face, as it is whenever he sees me. He's a very nice Lycan and I wish my sister could really see him in a new and different way. “Not so good Rowan” How could I be? When there is a war lurking around the corner. Surely Zayne isn't expecting me to run out to the battlefield like the other warriors. “Hey, don't worry about the war. We the warriors of the Lycan kingdom can handle it, OK?”Rowan's words calm my heart a bit. His voice was very assuring.“Thanks! So what are we doing today?”I asked curiously. “Today you will be joining ten others, we will be d

Chapter 33~Emily~“Let me go!”I shook my body vigorously, but it didn't flutter him in the slightest. His grip was tight and firm as he held me on either side of my arm. I turned in the direction of Steph, she wasn't really struggling, her body was too weak for any of that. Rowan had two vampire soldiers holding him tightly, but despite that he still fought them off with all his strength. I watched as two more vampire soldiers swarmed towards Rowan pinning him to the ground. We were outnumbered as more and more soldiers came out from the castle. “Take the humans to the prison cell, kill the Lycan!”My mind went blank as one of the soldier's words reached my ears. They're going to kill Rowan, and it's all my fault!“Ahhh”Rowan groaned in pain. One of the vampires took a swipe at Rowan's leg, the marks were very visible, as blood swarmed out. He was brought down to a knee. “Let him go!”I screamed out loud, my voice cracking. The corners of my eyes heated up, tears soon fil

Chapter 35~Emily~I watched as Emily gingerly walked out of the room. Each step she took seemed to be a different pain for her. My heart melted at the sight. She really didn't deserve to go through that type of traumatic experience. But it was a relief for me to know that myself and Steph are on the same page after a while of arguments and geuine disgust between us. I decided to head out to the kitchen and cook myself a meal. We maids around here don't get breakfasts served to us. “Hey Flora!” I was Flora mixing a large bowl of flour. She was sweating profusely, as he exerted an insane amount of energy. “Hey Emily!” She took her eyes off the work she was doing as he faced me. She had a warm smile which always made mornings as she looked at me. . “What's the flour for?”I asked almost unconsciously. “We'll it's too bake a cake. The largest ever known. That's what Rowan instructed me” Flora said. “Whose birthday is it?” I asked now more curious. “Oh, you don't know. It's Za

Chapter 37~Zayne~“Yes it's her!” Rowan said. I stood frozen at the spot. I was in disbelief at the sight of Emily. She turned in my direction, before walking over to us, her steps gently. She stood in front of me with an effortless grace, her stunning red dress hugged her figure in all the right places. She wore a radiant smile that can light up any room, her eyes sparkled with warmth and curiosity. A pair of expensive yet simple earrings dangled from her ears. Completing her look, she wore a pair of strappy heels elevating her height, giving her an air of confidence. She carried herself with a certain elegance and charm. I haven't seen such beauty since….. Maya. I never thought the dress would look so good on anyone but her, but I was mistaken. “Hi, Zayne. Happy birthday!” Emily said her voice dim. “Thank you Emily! You look good!” I said in a low and soft tone. Her cheeks turned red, as she tried her best to avoid eye contact with me. “Emily, will you have this dance wi

Chapter 39~Zayne~“Arghhh” I groaned as I woke up to sores on my body causing every movement to be a challenge. I glanced at the window, the bright sun was already out as it casted its rays into the room providing warmth. I struggled to recall much of last night, my mind was still a bit dazed. I could remember my dance with Emily and her precious gift of a picture of myself and Maya. I also remembered driving down to her graveyard and burying it inside. “Ahhh!”A sharp pain appeared on my forehead. I placed my hand firmly on it trying to relieve the pain a bit. “I need fresh air” I walked up to my window taking a look down at the whole castle yard. The fresh wind of the morning crashed against my face, calming me down a bit. KNOCK KNOCK A loud knock appeared on my door. I could easily tell it wasn't Emily. Her knuckles weren't that harsh and loud. “Yes?”My voice loudly reached out the door. “Good morning my lord, it's Cedric!” Cedric gently opened the door and walked in
