Finally, the schedule at school came to an end and everyone rushed to their homes quickly, with promises of meeting their friends as soon as they were ready. He had come to my house to pick me up and take me to the venue; he was waiting for me outside of my house, as I started to walk out slowly while trying to manage myself. The day after the ball, I finally moved into Paul's house after a teary eyed but happy goodbye from my found family.He had arranged a separate room for me like I had demanded, as he assured me that he also did not want to make me uncomfortable in the slightest. I was happy to see that he had meant what he had said, about him being willing to give me as much time as I wanted; but because of my safety reasons he just couldn't let me live there.Since I moved to his house, he was always very kind to me, and always took care of my needs besides paying attention to my likes and dislikes. After I went back to the palace with Paul, I saw my parents standing in the living room…along with Nate. At first I became so excited at the sight of them that I almost could not believe my eyes; but within seconds, guilt started building inside my stomach. And as the castle of the guilt was completed, all of the excitement almost entirely transformed into guilt, and I stayed at my place without moving my feet any further.
