Ethan POV The evening came by like a flash, leaving me enough time to get home and get ready for what could possibly be my public execution. I took in a deep breath with my eyes closed, which was disrupted by a very familiar jab. It was Silver, as always. “Hey Ethan, see you soon,” she voiced as she dashed right off into her cab. “Yeah, you too, also don't be late,” I reminded, “You remember how my old man is about time right?” Her eyes shot in realization, “Ohh shot, I totally forgot about that, I guess it's really been a while since I visited for real,” she said, giving off a slight chuckle, “Thanks for the tip dude, Bye now,” her words a short echo before her car drove right off. Now, shall I… I slid into my ride, which took me straight to my hotel. My mind the entire ride home, still on what father aimed to accomplish by such an abrupt dinner suggestion.
