Lyra's POV.Performance because I just wanted to be on people's good site because not something that I was really good at but at this point there was nothing I could do besides just keep moving on and pretending like everything was going the right way so that I could erase myself out of this depth of the pains that I have been feeling. Rejection was never good on anybody and no matter how they wanted to prove to themselves that they did not mind I could always see through them and realize that there was a whole lot more to the story than they were willing to tell. I spotted a wolf coming close to me with so much passion in it that you would have thought that there was never going to be another day for it to switch things up but at the same time I was still waiting for a better reason why I should not be afraid of in latest situation because there was nothing tangible about it anymore. Kael's POVMy instincts have never been wrong, Lucius was able to attack me because he had help. And not only ordinary help in this regard. Some close acquaintances of mine spied on me.
