Rael's PovThe sun was high in the sky when I finally saw the cabin through the trees. It looked the same as I remembered. Small and cozy with a stone chimney and a front porch where my father used to sit and smoke his pipe. The garden my mother had tended was overgrown now, but I could still see traces of the plants she had loved.I walked up to the front door and tried the handle. Locked, of course but I knew my parents had kept a spare key hidden under a loose stone near the back entrance. I went around and found the stone, and sure enough, the key was still there all these years later.I let myself in and stood in the doorway looking at the interior.
