The Bad boy of Pine Creek: My biker lover のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 201 - チャプター 210

Maddy's POV Viper was a little distracted tonight. When I knocked on his door, he was agitated and started. "Hey, it's just me," I said to calm him down. Before any race, he usually liked to have some alone time. No one would disturb him. His alone time was up! The crowd, outside, was cheering for him. They seemed to want blood. In this city, the Vandals were known to be ruthless mercenaries just like in Pine Creek. Except this time, they attended the rival school. And no one likes that school. "Are you ready!?" I asked Viper. He wiped his face. "I shouldn't be doing this tonight. Something will go wrong!" he said ominously. "What is it!?" He sighed. "Never mind! Let's do this!" We'd only been dating a couple of weeks but I already knew he was not much of a talker. He liked to keep things close to the chest. And I knew better than to press him. He came out of the room with me following him. Ahead of us, I saw the Vandals circling their champion.

Maddy's POV Aston's eyes narrowed with concern mixed with fury when he saw me. "Maddy, are you okay!?" he asked. I tried to nod, but everything hurt. My entire body was too painful to move. The knots were digging into my skin, almost cutting off circulation. "Like I said...she's fine. Please, sit, we've got a lot to talk about!" Ace said. Aston's jaws were set so hard. He was seriously pissed. "What do you want? I don't care what you do to me but you need to let her go. Release Maddy!" he said. Tears blinded me. Viper had helped him tie me up but here was Aston...sacrificing himself again for me, even after I wanted nothing to do with him. "Let's not be hasty. If I release her, what would I use to bargain with you? You know I consider myself a very astute businessman. I've set up businesses and worked with so many different people but you are, by far, the most frustrating person I've ever dealt with!" Ace started. He paused and poured himself whiskey. The str

Aston's POV EARLIER AT THE RACE Mason and Uncle Bobby were pacing restlessly in the office when I entered. It was a couple of hours before the race with the Vandals actually started. They listened quietly as I explained everything I'd overheard Viper and his dad discussing. Mason stroked his beard, thoughtfully. "That means I'm right! They are planning something to go down during that race!!""You're gonna need more bodyguards!" Uncle Bobby said immediately. Mason rose. "Yeah. Listen, Aston, you did well bringing this to me and now we'll have to deal with it!" "How?" I asked. "They're coming for me. We must be prepared! If they fail at the race, they'll try again. One thing I know....you'll absolutely be central to it all. Just keep me in the loop if you hear from him again! In the meantime, everything will continue as usual. We'll all pretend as if we didn't hear this!" I nodded.Mason parted my shoulders comfortingly. "We're going to take that asshole down. The Vandals ha

Maddy's POV A knock came on my door. I sprang to open it. It was Aston. He seemed exhausted but his eyes were glittering. "Is it over?" I asked. He nodded. "It's over." Relief washed over me. I fell into his arms, sobbing. "I'm so sorry, Maddy. For putting you in this position!" he said, patting my back over and over again. I held him tighter. "I'm so sorry too. I should've listened to you when you tried to warn me." We entered the room. I slammed the door behind him. My body was still tingling. "You're sure it's over? What happened to Viper?" I asked. Aston paused, like he was contemplating whether to tell me or not. "Let's just say his body might wash up in the ocean soon!" he said. I gasped. I didn't expect that. "They killed him?" "Mason was pissed they had tried to kill him. Viper made a choice. He chose wrong. Mason paid him back for it!" he said. "And Ace?" I asked. "Mason's guys are raiding his house right now. Come here, you have

Maddy's POV "Excuse me!?" I asked. The boy couldn't be more than a year and a half old. He had Aston's eyes and flakes of blond in his hair. When he smiled, I saw little visions of my boyfriend. The same smile, same beauty and intensity. Aston was stunned. He stared at the boy silently. I wished I could read his mind at this moment. He appeared taken by the boy. Completely enamoured. Jayden reached out a hand for him. "Dada!!" he said. A sweet moment that pulled at anyone's heart. Especially Aston's. I almost fell into the couch. "I don't understand!" "What don't you understand? I was pregnant when the wedding crashed and burned." Lala's voice was hostile. and brittle. "And all this time, you never said a word to him? Why'd you hide his son from him till now?" she asked. "I don't know. But you should meet the baby. He looks just like Aston. His name's Jayden!" Giselle scoffed. "If I were you, I'd keep an eye out. Lala's very manipulative. Everything she does has a
