Senna’s POVIt started with a sound. A low sound that came from everywhere all at once, like the ground itself was humming.We were perched around the fire in the early morning. Thor glanced at me, then we both looked up to the sky.Above us, the sky shifted. We watched, stunned, as lines scattered across the sky. Senna’s POVThe fire burned low. No one sat too close, but no one sat too far either. It had been very awkward at first, all of us sitting around the fire. These were literally the people that had threatened to kill us on the first day on the island. I’d shot an arrow through Korrigan’s foot.And now we were all cozied up around a fire.It was a circle, albeit and awkward one. Beside me, Thistle yawned. Senna’s POVWe all gathered at the foot of the ravine wall. It was steep, so steep, that I wasn’t sure we could make it up. But then Verity went to work.We watched thick, green vines grew from the side of the wall. They grew in such a way that some of them were clear foot holds and others hand grabs.
