บททั้งหมดของ Lost Princess of the Original Bloodline Returns: บทที่ 1 - บทที่ 10

The Thorne Castle banquet hall reeked of sweet blood and heavy musk.Mia flaunted her new bloodstone collar to the clan elders. Fake gasps of admiration echoed around her. Instantly, countless mocking stares shot toward me from the corners.Luca sat on his throne at the head of the table. His cold, careless gaze cut through the crowd. It landed right on the side of my face. After soaking up all the flattery, Mia swayed over to me. She held a glass of crimson liquid. Her eyes locked onto the flawless amethyst daylight ring on my finger.A year ago, on our blood bond anniversary, Luca bought it for a fortune at a dark magic auction. Just to make me smile.Mia giggled and leaned close to my ear. "Elara, you already gave up the collar. Don't you think it's pathetic to keep clinging to the Consort's things?"She reached out to touch the ring. I smoothly stepped back. The main event of the night was about to begin.By tradition, I was supposed to present the nether-rose. I had spent six mont

But now, he casually told me to hand this priceless token over to another woman. My nails dug into my palms so hard I almost drew blood.I met Luca's cold, entitled gaze. Finally, I gave a slow nod."Fine. I'll send a thrall with it in the morning."Luca's eyes flickered. He gave me one last, deep look before turning away. His soft, soothing whispers drifted down the hall, followed by the heavy click of the master bedroom's stone door shutting.Numb, I turned to a stone sarcophagus. I pulled out an old parchment calendar.I took a quill dipped in dead-blood and drew a huge red 'X' over today's full moon. Two days left until my brother came for me.I stripped off my ruined dress and stepped into the scalding bath. The hot water washed over my exhausted body.Through the rising bloody steam, I stared at my own dead-pale reflection in the mirror.Luca, you saved me from a hunter raid ten years ago. Let's say I owed you my life. For a decade, I took silver bullets for you. I cleaned up you

The first ray of morning sun pierced the mist. It hit my shoulder without mercy.A burning agony struck me instantly.I bit my lip. Hard. I refused to scream.Instead, the agony shattered my bloodline seal. The seal I hid for ten long years. For a decade, I had drained my Original heart-blood to heal the fatal silver wound on Luca’s chest. My magic was exhausted. I thought I would burn to ash in the sun. Just like a common vampire. But right now, my body was burning hot.Ancient, wild magic surged through my veins. The pureblood body of the Nightshade family fully awakened at the edge of death.A golden light shimmered across my skin. The sun stopped burning me. It fed my dry magic.I was no longer that fragile stand-in. I didn't need his blood to survive anymore. The ground ahead suddenly began to shake.A massive shadow portal opened in the dawn mist.A dozen obsidian cars pulled up and lined up right in front of me. They were carved with ancient defense runes.A car door slammed ope

Luca's POV8:00 AM. I sat in the alchemy lab, my face pale and grim.A fresh bowl of healing potion sat in front of me.But without Elara's pureblood to refine it, it smelled like rotting garbage.I fought back the nausea and took a sip. A second later, the old silver wound on my chest tore open with agonizing pain.I bent over, in too much pain to breathe. Black blood spilled from my mouth.I swept my arm and smashed the bowl on the floor. Clutching my chest, I roared at the servant: "Go find Elara! Tell her to get her ass back here and make my potion right now!"The servant shrank back and whispered, "My Lord, Lady Elara has been gone for three days."His words pierced my heart like a silver needle. The old wound exploded with tearing pain. I slumped into the chair, drenched in cold sweat. Then, a horrifying truth hit me.For ten years, Elara never needed my blood.I needed hers.I was in withdrawal. My broken body craved the Original heart-blood she secretly slipped into my potions.

Elara’s POVThe hall was dead silent. Only Luca's harsh, painful gasps echoed. The pure silver gun was pressed hard against his forehead. The deadly heat of the silver made his skin smoke. But he completely ignored Gabriel's murderous intent. His bloodshot eyes looked past the cold barrel and locked onto my face."Elara. Tell them this is just an act." He coughed up a mouthful of black blood. His voice was trembling wildly, but it still held that disgusting arrogance. "You want to punish me. I get it. Are you satisfied now? Come home with me."I stood on the stairs, looking down at him. I felt absolutely nothing."You can have the Lord's ring back." He crawled forward a half-inch, trailing blood on the floor. "The master bedroom is yours. You will always be the only Lady of the Thorne family. I'll give it all back to you."His tone of a gracious savior sounded completely ridiculous now.I lifted my heavy black skirts. In my black-diamond heels, I walked steadily down the cold marble st
