I’m enjoying the story; good plot and not many errors in the writing like you can come across on the app. I haven’t caught the timeline for updates, though. Anyone know this answer?

Chapter 1: Broken Lines
I'm standing in front of my room window, feeling satisfied with the events going on outside. Jacob, my alpha, is returning successfully from the war with the rogues today. It's been months since I've seen him and I'm so excited.I feel for the locket he gave me before leaving. It was his token of love for me and a promise that no matter what happens, we will be together forever. I believed him; I still do. Tears well in my eyes like always, but I wipe them off, and blow out a long breath, putting on my best smile. It's a happy day."Luna Rose!" My personal maid, Tara, shouts from the entrance of my room, calling my attention. With a frown on my face, I saunter over to where she stands. I'm wondering what the problem is, but then, as I see what she's holding, I immediately gasp and scream. There's fear in her eyes and she's screaming after me, too. "Tara!" I can't take my eyes away from the glaring scorch mark on my dress. Some of the fabric of the bodice of my pretty silver dress ha

Chapter 2: The Luna's Sorrow
It's after dark already, but I can't sleep. Jacob lay like a log of wood beside me, snoring softly. My back is to him and I've made sure a pillow separates the two of us in the wide bed. My heart is extremely fragile. It may be nothing, but I can't help the blaring feeling of dread inside me.What if I'm right to feel this way?I pinch my eyes closed at the thought, shaking my head slightly and rolling onto my back with my eyes facing the ceiling above. I refuse to think about it. But...I must consider the possibilities. After all, it already happened once.Jacob fucked me in our bed after having his shower. He wasn't gentle with me and his kisses were like I've always remembered; like he can't get enough. I could feel he loves me and no one else, like I am the only woman capable of bringing him peace and making him happy. My hand runs over my belly unconsciously. I'm all these things, yet I have caused his number one misfortune.A single tear drops and rolls down the side of my face,

Chapter 3: Wounded By Love
It's my worst nightmare. I can't believe he's standing there and treating me like I do not matter, and I don't understand why. We've been through a lot already. He's my alpha and he shouldn't be saying these things to me."What has the Night Valley pack done to deserve this, Jacob?" I ask, and he turns to leave, ignoring me. I don't let him get far. Jacob halts when my hands grab his ankle as I fall to the floor, begging for the life of my father and brother. Dante is my twin and I can't imagine my life without him in it. Jacob can't do this to me. Even if it means swallowing my pride as Luna, I will beg whoever I need to for this nightmare to end.I can feel his eyes on me, and I sob, lowering my gaze and pressing my head to his leg. "Please, reconsider. Don't take my family away from me. I'll do anything you want." He growls. "Get up!" But I can't. I need him to say he will discard his previous thoughts and stop the sound of war bells still sounding outside. Snot slips past my l

Chapter 4: The Dark Forest
I flee from the throne room as fast as I can. I can't imagine being in Jacob's presence. Last night was a lie. All the things he said to me were lies after he had warmed another woman's bed and got her pregnant. The pain in my chest is killing me. I want to claw my heart out. My feet lead me to the pack's inn. Sylvia is the only one I have at this moment. Everyone sees me as the devil. I bang on her door and notice the surprise on her face when she sees it's me, like a deer caught in headlights. Her bump is visible under the loose garment she put on. She quickly recovers and pulls me inside her room, locking the door behind her. Sylvia wipes my tears away, but they are dropping. There's nothing that can stop the hole drilling into my heart. "He betrayed me," I say, and she doesn't ask me how. In fact, she doesn't look shocked. It's funny how just last night she was assuring me otherwise. "Goodness, you knew!" I gasp slightly, feeling betrayal prick my heart like a sharp needle. "

Chapter 5: The Luna's Revenge
I had always been told how cunning witches could be, and not to trust them. Isador looks mischievous in her black flowing cape too. Even though I don't know what she would expect from me after helping me, I come to a conclusion that I have no other choice at this very moment. I also think of the fact that I would get two wishes when I actually came for just one. It was a win for me, really. It was already night time by now and the humid air caused my hair to stick to my face. I brushed them off.”Fine then. Let's get to it.” I say.Isador smiles at me. She looks like she could have been in her mid-years but the way she spoke and her voice said something different. So it was hard to really know. She guides me a little further into the forest until we stand before a dingy looking hut that stood on the stump of a tree, with a thatch roof and a wooden staircase leading to the front door.It was the perfect symbolism of a witch's hut. I had read of in old archives about witches, in my p

I cannot understand a single thing that goes on at that moment. My head bangs and for a moment I feel the world scattering at my Feet. I didn't know if I was to cry or if I was to laugh. "No Dante! This cannot be possible!" Tears trickle down my face at once as I ponder on Dante's death. I remembered him and the relationship we had. It was beautiful and serene bug then death had come to snatch him away from me. The tears trickles down non stop down my face while Isador stares on with her hands akimbo. I am sure she is waiting for me to stop crying so she can ask me to carry out her wish. I am prepared for it as I sit up from the floor. I gaze right into her eyes, wiping the tears that clouded my face."Are you alright now?" She ask in a sarcastic manner that somehow irritate me and made me upset. "Yes, I am... A bit.." I stopball my actions, my mind is twirling, did he just say Sylvia? My wolf is running wild with rage. Does that mean the other woman is Sylvia? No this can’t be true I must be hearing things I remember a strange comment Vince told me a while back, now I understand. Now that I think of it the dots starts to connect from the lipstick stain, to Sylvia’s unsurprised expression, and the pregnancy. How did I not realize this sooner. I feel so stupid and used. All the lies, the betrayal, especially with my best friend I feel Jacob stiffen under me. I am still straddling him. He seems to have sobered up a little and realized his slip up.
