The vampires waged a bloody war against the Brevians, ripping off flesh and digging out hearts. They fed on the blood of their victims after every kill, thereby getting stronger and fiercer. The Brevians fled for their lives after seeing their comrades drop down in alarming amounts. The vampires chased after them, killing them with shocking speed.
