"Let him believe it. If the King thinks he’s in control, he won’t look closer at the archives." "The bond is anchoring Eilis's mind faster than we anticipated," the first replied. He adjusted his heavy cloak, the movement revealing a glimpse of a jagged, old-world sigil pinned to his vest. "The 'Beast' is becoming functional. Stable. Exactly what is required for the transition." "And if the Prince grows too attached? If he puts his mate above the cause?"

The bishop pointed to Tang Sai, "Guards, take her to a room of reflection." "Stow it, grandpa. I am about to steal this show," Tang Sai's robe shifted to snow with fur with crimson markings around her three sets of eyes. They glowed with the fires of a kiln. Nine crimson-tipped tails fluttered behind Tang sai, like some macabre cape. The mouth elongated and sharpened fangs greeted the assembly. "Bow before your new goddess," The tips of the tails glowed. Balls of fire hung above the writhing appendages, "Or I shall burn you all to appease my anger."

“I know it looks weird that I'm showing this to you but I'll make it clear that I'm not showing it to you because I'm collecting some animal feathers or thingies you may say. These are actually my evidences for what we call a beast.” “Now, what is this beast you may ask? This is not like in the movie beauty and the beast. This beast even has a number determined by their tails. And I think for me, because of these three things, I am tracking down a 3 tailed beast.” “...”

Then a big, tailed beast rose up from its slumber on the front deck. The beast was white in color, and have two pairs of big feathery wings matching its body size. Its tail was currently hugging its form on the plank floor, but from its half to the end were decorated with white feathers with red undertone. It has a quite long neck and rather small head. But it made it look slightly adorable. There was a beautiful silver circlet adored with a crimson gem on its head. The gem color reflected the beast's scarlet eyes. It was beautiful.

Its tail was eight feet long. The other ferocious beast resembled a dog. It had long fur and four paws like a bear's. They were the legendary Suan Ni and Chaos. These four vicious beasts were the legendary 'Four Vicious Beasts'! All of them were lifelike like living beings, savage and terrifying, and surging with baleful qi. "Kill!" The four fierce beasts roared and pounced on Yang Xiao and Starsoul. "This is one of the Four Vicious Beasts?"

Once the image of the wolf formed completely, Alpha Zane's eyes suddenly closed, and he fell to the floor. Kane came forward, but the priestess raised her hand to stop him. The ritual wasn't complete yet. She closed her eyes and continued with her chants, the fire growing bigger and bigger. Suddenly, the wolf turned away from Zane's unconscious body, and it bounded off at top speed. The priestess finally let her hands down, and the fire died slowly too. She opened her eyes, now blank and without the colored part. Kane watched, his eyes thin. The priestess closed her eyes again, and took in a deep breath. When she opened her eyes again, she was back to normal.

A loud and eerie growl resonated in the entire place – causing the celebration to slightly stop a bit. However, they shrugged it all off and continued their drinking spree. It walked towards a huge and familiar wolf… no, it was a beast… A beast that it longed to see again. “Finally, you are awakened…”

It seemed I would be officially meeting this King Killian after all. As we drew near the entrance of the east wing, the hallway was illuminated by a bright glass mural of all colors. I gaped at the intricate details of the story it displayed of the goddess blessing the wolves and them transforming into the Lycan form. The way the artist depicted the beast was beautiful and nowhere near as terrifying as they were in real life.

The beast did not care about her spoon story. It came at her again. Both claws swiping. Its spiked tail whipping around from the other side, trying to catch her in the back. The tail had barbs on it, sharp and curved, the kind that would tear flesh on the way out. Kaelithra ducked under the claws. She felt the wind of them passing over her head. Then she jumped over the tail, tucking her knees to her chest, feeling the barbs brush against the soles of her borrowed boots.

"hmm, it is. They have a holy beast Kirin as their guardian and recently they have also tamed the holy thunder beast saving many villages and towns from its rampage" "Thunder beast? hmm," Xia faked curiosity. The girl enthusiastically continued, "oh it's mostly a thunder wolf. It was only thought to be a myth. But the golden tribe managed to tame one. ohh, ohh sir, they are going to parade the beast tomorrow. You have to see it. It is going to be written in history," she said with sparkling eyes. Xia woodenly placed his wine cup down. "It is going to go down in history," he whispered mysteriously.
