Savage Heart
The room was cloaked in darkness, each step forward felt like a descent into an abyss, where a figure floated in the depths—his eyes closed, blood streaming from every wound.
Suddenly, his eyes shot open, reflecting a deep red that felt both haunting and familiar. In an instant, he lunged toward me, gripping my neck with a force that made me gasp for air as blood-filled water surged into my mouth. Panic surged through me, tightening my chest.
“YOU...YOU DID THIS,” he cried, his voice echoing like a looming storm.
“I’M SORRY. RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN, SIA. CALL MILET, EMILY, OR NICO; YOU'LL BE SAFE. JUST RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN AND GET HELP, RUN!”
