He immediately furrowed his brows and then began to feel her skin. He noticed that she was cold and clammy and she appeared to be in a weak state. “Also, why is your skin cold and clammy? You’re in a rather weak state too.” Faye appeared to be slightly panicked. She hastily pulled herself away from Zayn, shook her head, and said, “Not really. I feel rather well. I don’t feel sick.”

He was so scared that he went completely pale, his body shivering. “It’s so cold.” He shouted weakly, “Someone, help me! It’s so cold. Turn off the air conditioning. I’m going to freeze!”

That familiar sound his footsteps made always drenched me in fear. Everything was vivid in my head, I could almost perceive the stench of that place. And If I opened my closed eyes, I would turn sixteen again and would wake up in that cold dark room. My teeth shivered, the fear spreading chills to my spine. Warm strong fingers encircled my shoulders. Slowly, it trailed ever so lightly to the delicate skin of my nape, spreading a wave of warmth through me. I snapped my eyes opened then. The room wasn't dark.

"What do y-you mean with that?" I asked, stuttering. What Fin has whispered at me really made my body to shiver. I could feel the cold ran through my system, through my spine. I hate the feeling because it sends and eerie one. I hate it that way. "What do you m-mean, Fin?" I asked, voice were shaking more. My heart were beating so fast and I could hear it out my chest. I hate the mere sound of it, especially that it was Fin who was scaring me.

Cool, warm breath morphed into a faint mist each time she gasped, the frigid air biting at her skin. Iris felt the numbness creeping into her limbs, the cold seeping deep into her bones. Her head snapped around, eyes wide with fear as she scanned the area, desperate to make sure no one had witnessed what she had just done. Panic clawed at her chest, her breath coming in short, ragged bursts, her neck stinging as though unseen hands were choking her.
