Some part of me wanted that. Not because I wanted the power. Not because I wanted to collect people like trophies. Because the thought of being wanted like that; to be chosen like that, made something in my chest go warm and tight. All because I had read... things. Books. Ones that I pretended they were "just entertainment." Stories that had made me squirm under blankets and bite my lip and tell myself I was being ridiculous. But the ones that had gotten me the most... the ones that lit my skin up and made my pulse race, were the ones where the woman wasn't lonely in love.

“Alright, you caught me. The project is real, but I have been wanting to talk to you properly for a while. You just seem… different. In a good way. Most people on campus are all surface level. You actually think about the stuff we read.” Sera turned toward me, tucking one leg under her so her knee pressed lightly against my thigh. “I noticed you too, you know. “For training.” I smiled despite myself. “Tell her thank you.” The maid hesitated. “Actually…” “What?” “She said not to thank her.” I frowned. “Why?” “You’ll understand later.” Strange… very strange. That evening, I wandered into the library again, this time not to read but because I wanted silence. I returned yesterday’s books. The librarian smiled nervously. “I found something else you may enjoy.” He placed a slim volume before me. It wasn’t about kings or bloodlines or prophecies. Its title read; Forgotten Women of the First Kingdom.

Curiosity was eating at her. With an effort, she made herself focus on the other titles. He had books on negotiating, battle tactics, history, agriculture…boring. Didn’t the man read any fiction? There was a book on stained glass that looked mildly interesting, but she kept scanning the shelves, hoping for something more enticing. Her search was rewarded. There, right in the middle of his shelves at eye level, was an entire shelf of books devoted to lovemaking. Wiley’s eyes boggled as she read the titles: An Illustrated Guide to the Sensual Arts. A Woman’s Climax. Emotional Need and the Sensual Virgin. There were dozens of titles.

The woman then walked to the right and sat on one of the chairs that were there. "Wow. It's my first time entering a large library like this. Usually maybe I just walked into a bookstore and bought a novel there to read at home, "Bella muttered. The woman was busy looking at this huge library area. The books here are neatly arranged and lined up on the shelves that have been provided. Really awesome. Plus, the condition of this library is very calm and conducive. It is suitable for her who really likes reading books. Bella shook her head softly. The woman looked back at the book that she had put on the table. She immediately focused on hers original purpose here. Reading book.

Bella is really going to benefit from someone who is really laid back and able to calm her down. Challenge this week is going to be a bit different.
