"My name is Silas, and I need your help. I have a curse on me, and I don't know how to control my powers." The sorcerer regarded him silently for a moment, then nodded. "I see. I can sense your unusual energy for a wolf. Follow me, I want to know your story." Silas fell in step behind the sorcerer, his heart pounding with a mix of fear and excitement. They walked for what felt like hours, through dark forests and over rocky mountains. I said, placing a firm hand on his shoulder, "I need you to stay here and look after the pack. Things are unpredictable, and I can't risk our pack's safety any further." He nodded reluctantly, his expression filled with concern. "Eamon, be careful. We'll be here, waiting for your return." The journey to see the sorcerer was unlike anything I had experienced before. Lisa and I ventured through dense forests, climbed treacherous slopes, and crossed icy rivers. As we ascended higher into the mountains, the air grew colder, and a thick layer of snow blanketed the ground.

Sebastian began to explain why so many of these books were up here before he turned his attention to the book in the centre, as I looked closer, it was a book I too knew very well. “The Sorcerers Creed, it’s f-follows the story of a young m-man who is banished from his pack and forced to b-brave the world alone. But through t-those hardships, he learns of what g-great power he holds and saves the world.” I smiled recalling the many times that I would curl up into a ball at home and read the pages over and over again, from the shock which sat on Sebastian’s face due to me also knowing the story, I knew I would need to explain.

He knew that he would need all the power he could muster if he was going to defeat the sorcerer. Finally, he felt ready. He set out on a journey to find the sorcerer, to put an end to his dark magic once and for all. As he journeyed deeper into the forest, he could feel the magic growing stronger. He knew that he was getting closer. And then, finally, he found him. The sorcerer stood before him, his eyes glinting with malevolence. He raised his hand, and a bolt of dark energy shot towards Jack. But Jack was ready. He raised his own hand and chanted the incantation he had been practicing for weeks. A barrier of light shot up around him, deflecting the sorcerer's attack.

His mind flared with resistance, shadows rising to block her. Althea pushed harder, her will piercing through the black haze. She forced her way deeper, clawing past his barriers. But the more she pressed, the stronger his defiance grew. Pain seared her head. Her vision blurred. She didn’t even realize her nose had started bleeding, crimson drops sliding down her lips. Still, she refused to let go. “Show me… show me where he is…” The sorcerer roared, straining against the chains. His mind fought her like a storm, lashing back with visions of fire, broken kingdoms, and the looming shadow of Hades himself.

What Ishtar thinks is that it's probably someone using a blood spell to camouflage themselves and that's why I'm the only one who can smell it, but I don't know if that's what it is, it feels like something else because I don't have the sensation of worms against my skin. I sigh, looking at the horizon, watching the sunset, the colors are beautiful, they even look like a painting, but that doesn't bring me peace or happiness, because I know that tomorrow morning Soren will leave to meet the diplomats of the Kingdom of the Wizards. The journey is a bit long, around three days by car, but Soren has decided to go by helicopter, which cuts the three days down to one and a half.

I opened it and read the first page. This is a story about a sorceress who was exiled because of studying black magic, her desire to preserve youth prompted her to kill young women and children. She sacrifices many of them so that she can have eternal youth. I have also read books like this several times when I was traveling. As I kept turning the page, the name of this sorceress was mentioned. Lucinda. Where did this book come from? There is no author written so I don't know who did the work.

I could feel the Enchanted Forest's energy pushing back against the corruption, but it was a fierce battle. And then, amidst the shadows, a figure emerged. It was a sorcerer, draped in dark robes and surrounded by an aura of malevolence. His eyes glowed with an eerie light, and his voice dripped with disdain. "So, you've come to stop me?" he sneered, his lips twisting into a sinister smile. "We won't let you harm this forest," I declared, my voice steady. The sorcerer's laughter echoed through the cavern. "Harm? Oh no, my dear. I intend to devour the very essence of this forest, to make its power mine."

I managed to ask my gaze drawn to the wolf's. The wolf's growl rang true in my mind. It chuckled making a menacing and mocking sound. "The grimoire is central to your journey. Whether you accept it or not it is a part of your destiny." I shook my head a defiant gesture in the face of impending doom. "I refuse to be defined by it" I said my voice firmer than I was. "I won't let my life be controlled by some ancient mystical text." "And what do you think my role is in all this?"
