THE LAST LETTER

THE LAST LETTER

The day she met Liam. Three years earlier. A bright summer afternoon. A crowded bookstore downtown. She could still remember every detail. Every second. Every feeling. Without realizing it, Emma slipped into the memory. Three Years Earlier The bookstore was packed with people escaping the summer heat. Emma wandered through the fiction section, searching for a novel she had seen online. She wasn't paying attention. Which was why she accidentally collided with someone. Books scattered everywhere. "Oh my God!" Emma immediately dropped to her knees. "I'm so sorry."

A Promise to Remember

A Promise to Remember

"Makes sense. Winter snow is a catch here, but summer has nothing special to offer." He looked up at me. "That's all you've got to say?" My smile wavered, no doubt looking awful. "Safe travels."

Memoir of Summer

Memoir of Summer

Chapter V: Memories It was a little blurry and muddled but Ren was sure it was a tiny memory of long back then. It was from one of his adventures as a rebellious child, he’s small though. He likes to escape and sneaks out of the house whenever the babysitter has fallen asleep, but Ren is a good little kid you see, he always makes sure to be back before they notice he’s missing. It was near winter, the remnants of autumn season was slowly fading and the wind began to get more chilly in the morning and every night. Although not cold enough to puff a smoke when talking.

I Want You Back

I Want You Back

"Let's fill this chapter with amazing memories." And so, with a handshake and a smile, we sealed our commitment to face this new chapter together, leaving the pains of the past where they belonged - in the past. The night stretched out before us, full of promises and possibilities, and I knew, with Summer by my side, that I was ready to write a story worth telling.

Annie feels the world revolves around her, she is always the one leading the boys on the d first to back off, I like what Caleb said to her, she really don't know what she wants just like her permissive mother

From Best Friend To Fiancé

From Best Friend To Fiancé

Chapter 208: You're Special, Sav Savannah Flashback(20 years ago) I still remember the summer I turned ten—the one that always sits like a bruise under my skin when I think about my childhood. Everyone else swears it was one of our “happiest” family summers, a golden memory, a picture-perfect era of cookouts and sunshine and music. But when I look back, all I can see is the way the sunlight burned too hot, the way the laughter felt like it was happening through a wall, and the way my father’s hand had left a sting on my cheek that my mother would pretend not to notice all day.

Be prepared that although this story is mainly romance, it’s also complex full of betrayal, wrongdoing, and lies. There are morally gray characters, themes of dark romance, lots of spice, and intense drama. I loved the chaotic and fierce love that is Roman and Savannah and glad they got their HEA :)

Seasmoke Friends

Seasmoke Friends

A sickening dread filled my gut. My history with Summer was as complicated as it was simple. We'd met as infants at Seasmoke - a clandestine area of Myrtle Beach - when my folks bought their seasonal home. Ian Memmer's family, the boy who'd grown up next door to her and her father, had just purchased the house beside ours. Rick O'Callahaun was another good friend of hers she'd grown up with, and his folks vacationed with the Memmers and Quinns.

Skeletons Of The Marital Closet

Skeletons Of The Marital Closet

She recalled that she had too much to drink yesterday and had dragged Joe to her apartment and chatted all night. She then fell asleep until her alarm rang her up for work. Summer usually does not remember what she said or did if she drank, but this morning, she remembered every detail of her conversation with Gale, her discussion with Shawn, and what happened with Joe. It was all etched vividly in her memory. "Mr. Winter," Peach greeted. Joe nodded, then looked at Summer. "Feeling okay?"

It's a good book. But it's too slow burn. So many chapters and still ongoing.... I wish for authornim to find conclusion to end this book. Hopefully a HE together for Shawn and Gale with their twins.

If you haven’t started this book yet, so don’t start at all. I am not saying is bad but it’s so slow and boring. The writer starts perfectly and sadly drag it around a year!!! It hasn’t finished yet. You can skip several chapters with no concern because nothing special is happening.

A Day To Remember

A Day To Remember

Then I say it slowly and with much thought, “Yes, I do. I don’t think I will ever get over you. But, under the conditions you wanted me to live, I cannot. I refuse to share you with anyone, and I certainly don’t wish to have anyone else. That is a fact. So, if you feel that I am not good enough, and you need to have more than one, I am not your woman.” “Kaitlyn.” He says and then his voice trails off. He looks at me again with those eyes filled with hurt and I realize finally that I must leave before he wins. Opening the door, I get out and walk quickly to the office. As I enter the building, Mr. Sandhill stares at me and then approaches. Crap! I am late and he has no idea why. Now,

Married To The Ruthless

Married To The Ruthless

"Remember when you followed me through the forest trails and you lose balance and fell to the ground? You injured yourself and I carried you back all through the mansion?" She could remember when she followed him and because of her clumsiness, she fell and had gotten a big wound on her knees. She could remember he carried her through the mansion without arguing. That was one of the few times Alec had shown him goodness. She was so happy at that time for Alec carried her without arguing hoping that he will start to treat her nicely from then on. Unfortunately, that treatment lasted when summer ends. That is the best summer memories she had because finally he treated her nicely not realizing i

I could quite relate to the pain of Emerald Marie de hizon, Trying to be the best for your families sake can be the hardest thing to do, the most painful part is when they don’t see the effort you are putting up just to meet their standard. They only see the bad side of you 😢.

I freaking loved the plot of your book, Ms. Author. It's definitely my kind of the book. I am so in love with these protagonists. I can't wait to read more and more. I am so keen to read the next update, please be quick, pretty🙈😍🥺

The President's Darling

The President's Darling

She had often thought about the old man, the middle-aged woman in a dress with a veil covering her face, and the cute young boy for the next five years. Those memories were a nightmare, and they kept tormenting her. However, time could heal everything. So, those memories had disappeared when she had grown older. 18 years later, Summer recalled everything that had happened. She stood in the living room of the Quigley residence and read the news on her phone in disbelief. Had the Quigleys been the ones who had kidnapped her? Had the woman in the veil been Caroline? The memories flooded her brain as she pieced things together. Summer started suspecting the truth of the incident.
