A Written Book Review Novels & Stories

The library review came out in November. Not the architectural press review — that had come in the spring, the threshold as held breath language having been picked up and distributed through the professional publications. This was a different kind of review: a feature in the city's cultural magazine, the kind of piece that was written not for architects but for the people who used the buildings, the account of the library as a lived experience rather than a designed object.

First of all, I appreciate you all for tapping on this book and I hope you enjoy it and follow the story as it develops. Just to clear few things; 1. This book is entirely a work of fiction and the original work of the author. Whatever character or names used in this book, was out of the author's imagination as it is not intended to create a false idea about anything or belief. 2. This book is a slow burn book and is still ONGOING. 3. Please as you read, leave a nice review and give a good rating.

The reviews began arriving on Thursday. Patricia Osei had told me to read them but not to organize my understanding of the book around them because the book had been written for the women in the long middle and the women in the long middle were not the reviewers. The reviewers were the first room the book passed through on its way to the people it was for. The first review I read was from a literary publication that described the book as unflinching and specific and written with the particular authority of someone who had lived inside the thing she was describing rather than observing it from outside.

I really appreciate the fact that you contributed to the success of this book by reading it.
