--- ### The Descent into the Core The obsidian dais disintegrated. We weren't falling through the air anymore. We were falling through the **Code**. I saw the history of the universe rushing past us—the first stars being "rendered," the first life-forms being "scripted," the moment the Reapers were first "programmed" to harvest the excess. If we secure it, we could end this her, the void, maybe even the Architect.”
