I laughed and said, "This is warming up" He kept up with me very well, but when I got to the pull up bar and did a pull up with my legs straight out, doing scissor kicks for 20 seconds, then down, he decided it was time to stop. I laughed, "You better stretch out those ab muscles, you will be super sore if you don't". He said, "That's ok. I heal faster than average wolves". I said, "okay, it's your choice. I will be done shortly."

"One...Two...Three!" They hauled back, both nearly hanging their entire weight on the frame. The door didn't budge. Abigail bounced, pulling herself up and letting her weight drop. Despite the pain in his ankles, he managed to climb up without much effort. Seeing him coming up safely, Holly breathed a sigh of relief. “Elara, focus!” They crashed to the ground, the creature twisting unnaturally as it tried to wrap around him. “No!” The word tore out of me as I reached for the connection again. Stronger this time. Sharper. I grabbed the thread linking it to the breach— And pulled. Hard. The creature shrieked, its form tearing apart as it was ripped away from Adrian. He rolled back immediately, breathing hard but free. “You okay?” I asked. “Still standing,” he said, pushing himself up.

As I sat my a$$ on the floor, the vibration increased. “Rise to your feet. They can't see you on video.” He raised me and lowered me back to my original position. My a$$ is once again towards the camera. I hadn't even finished playing with one of the toys when Adams seized my hand again and lead me to pull something from the box.
