She didn’t even have enough funds to return to France, yet she couldn’t remain here, either.

Home and home is beautiful. Theo returned with two cups of tea, handing her one as he gestured for her to sit. "I was reading this book last night, thought you might like it," he said, holding up a novel. She smiled, her nerves easing a little as she sat beside him on the couch. "Thanks," she said softly, taking the book from him and flipping through a few pages. They sat close, talking quietly, sharing thoughts about the book and other random things. The whole morning felt calm, yet filled with a tension neither of them wanted to name.

I walk away with no emotion to find a hiding place. I have killed 20 people at this point and I’ve still not been caught. I leave the school and head back to Dead Man’s Woods. The police are now involved so it’s best I stay hidden. I’ve revenged the people who broke me. I have had my thrill of blood. The next step I need to think carefully about. It is getting close to the evening and I am still thinking about my plan for my next kill. I think this will need to wait until night time.

A week passed in the blink of an eye, yet June still had not realized I was gone. That day, as she walked past my dorm like usual, her footsteps suddenly slowed. She stood outside the door, staring at it for several seconds. Ever since the day she stormed out and slammed the door behind her, she had not come back once. And I, meanwhile, had seemingly vanished off the face of the earth. The base was not that big. People crossed paths constantly, yet somehow, after all this time, she had not run into me even once.

I end up writing stuff I like, so it will depend on whether I want to write it in the future or not. 5. Will there be another series coming out on Goodnovel soon? 😊😁 Yes. I can't wait to share it with you guys soonish. I want to just finish with the Satan Snipers MC for the next month or so then we will definitely introduce Aliyana Capello and Beggars cousin, Marco
