Lena's POV. “Hello, ma'am,” the doctor waved his left hand, and felt my pulse with his right hand. “How many fingers am I holding up?” “Can I get a name? Can you speak?” He continued, not even giving me a chance to think or respond. He suddenly stopped and pointed a little fluorescent light in my eyes. I squinted and groaned inaudibly from lying stiff for far too long. “Four, My name is Lena, and I think I can… talk,” I replied in a second, gulping as the man behind him moved closer and fixed his gaze on me.

"It's preferable to go home." Afterwards, we put our shoes and immediately head to his bike. We came to the beach on his big sleek motorcycle. It's an amazing black Kawasaki Ninja with some prominent white outlines. I was afraid to have a ride on this beast at first, but I trusted Eren though he tried to scare the hell out of me by burning up the road like grease lightning.

It was more than one man could handle on his own. Sitting on her sofa was calming, and for a moment, Aaron leaned his head back and relaxed, something he seldom had a chance to do, particularly since Christian had perfected and installed his Intelligence Assistance Communicators in everyone’s eyes. Now, any Hunter or Guardian in the world could reach him (or anyone else) at any time. While it was great during a battle or for planning, it made turning work off nearly impossible, even with the addition of an Off button, which Aaron never felt comfortable using.

Two of the three sat back while one remained tense. Excusing the two male warriors, I ask the female to stay behind. As she sits there, Reid, John and I watch her. Why did she kill the other warriors and why would she help Boyd and the rogues?

"What makes you think I'll be forever loyal to you as your pet, so you can use Edriana and I as you please? I won't allow it," he argued. Behind her are Seyla, Rowan, and… Luca. Oh Gods. Kill me now. Every single one of them comes to a stop. Seyla’s eyes immediately lock onto my face. Rowan’s eyes immediately lock onto Callan. Luca’s eyes lock onto Callan. And ten feet behind Callan, whom I didn’t even notice before during my spiral, Fenrir. The massive direwolf stands several feet behind his bonded, black eyes silently watching. I swear the beast is the size of a horse. Silence falls. Then Rowan breaks it.

We really needed Ashina. She was not the kind to entirely rely on a man. No damsel in distress, just a knight! She was blessed by our Moon Goddess and I was very well aware that she would be a powerful werewolf one day. How I had wished that she would be Boris’ Luna.
