Siena spoke, but then she fell silent as if hesitated to continue. Stefano stepped forward quickly, reached out his hand and shook Alfonso’s hand. “Hi, I’m Siena’s father.” Alfonso could feel Stefano was a very protective father from the way he introduced himself. But why did Siena look doubtful? Ah, of course…. It would not be that simple to accept an astonishing fact in a short time. Siena might need more time. “I’m Alfonso Garcia. Pleased to meet you, Mister De Martini.”

Just before his eyes, he watched how she almost fell to the ground, if he didn’t catch her. “What happened to her?” Alfonso asked the doctor. He feared the worst. He hoped her father was not dead. “Who are you, if I may ask?” The doctor said, looking at Alfonso. A few nurses came and helped her into a stretcher before she was led away. Alfonso held out an outstretched hand. He smiled at the doctor and he had turned on his charm. He noticed the way the doctor blushed. “My name is Alfonso De Rosa. I’m her husband. ” Alfonso said, lying through his teeth.

A smirk played on Arnold’s face. Richard’s eyes widened, obviously showing the fear of being caught. Panicked, he enunciated, “Arnold…” “Arnold? It seems that you haven’t learnt etiquettes yet. I am your Alpha, and you shall refer me as such,” stated Arnold angrily. Richard’s hand trembled, frightened by his momentum. His voice trembled as he responded, “I do not mean to disrespect you. It is just that the ceremony hasn’t been conducted. That’s why; I thought it wouldn’t seem nice to address you as the Alpha.”

“Yes.” I scoffed not surprised at all by his answer. "How sure are you that if Noah met you instead of Elena he was going to carry on with this marriage?" He asked in a calm voice. "Just be grateful that Elena didn't choose to be greedy. She's only taking what I ask of her and nothing else. Now you get to live your life with the young master Reynolds. What I hope is that you manage to keep him." Alfonso stood and adjusted his jacket, walking slowly toward the window. "Memories can be forgotten, but the way a person felt... that stays forever." He whispered, his gaze glued to the window. His eyes scanned the empty street like he expected something or someone to show up.

“I want to stay with Daddy Franco! Please, let me stay!” Franco knelt down, trying to comfort Connor. “I have to go now, but I promise I’ll find a way to see you again soon. Please be brave, okay?” Alfonzo’s face was a mask of conflict. He had received explicit instructions from Celine to ensure Connor’s safety and prevent any unauthorized interactions. Allowing Franco to stay, despite his obvious affection for Connor, was a direct violation of those instructions. Alfonzo knew that Celine’s orders were non-negotiable, and disobeying them could cost him his job.

When I reached out for Sheriff Alfonso, the Deputy snagged me around on my waist, pinning my arms to the side and lifted off the ground. “Hey!!!” I yelp for protest. “What are you doing?” Kenzo Launched himself towards our direction. But Sheriff Alfonso was too fast before I knew it. Kenzo was lying flat on the ground. Sheriff Alfonso uses his knee to clip Kenzo, and he uses his elbow to pin him on his shoulder. My anguish made me more mad. I tried to free myself from my capturer; I was kicking, screaming. But to no avail. I couldn’t break free. I couldn’t help Kenzo.

I shrugged. Alpha Julius folded his arms across his chest, his eyes scanning my face for any signs of deceit. I hadn’t noticed it in the forest, but his eyes weren’t entirely blue. They were the colour of a savage sea, dark and untamed before melting into a copper crown surrounding his pupil. For a moment, I was completely mesmerised. Alpha Julius seemingly came to the conclusion that I was telling the truth and relaxed his posture ever so slightly. “Have you come by any other rogues in the area?” He questioned.

I nodded and bowed feeling so embarrassed. "I welcome you all to my Kingdom, I am pleased to have you all here," his slick yet raspy voice went deep inside me, emanating shivers on my back. He got a powerful aura around. I have heard this voice before. This same voice called me stupid before stealing my first kiss. "We are pleased to meet you, Alpha," my father said. "Your name is Killian, right?" Alexandro strides to my father. "Yes, I served your father," "Yes, I heard about you," Alexandro bowed to give my father the respect he deserved, and my father was surprised by that gesture.

“I am the Beta of this pack and must lead the pack on the Alpha’s absence…” “Point of correction, Mr Beta,” Ms Jo cut in. She pushed her hair back in an annoying manner and stood straight. “Alpha Arthur is dead…Or no, if you think I am wrong, provide him this minute!” she bashed. “I will not have you stand there and speak bad against the Alpha of this pack!” Dennis growled. His eyes shifted color and he was seconds away from letting his wolf out. If it was the last thing he did before dying, defending his friend and Alpha’s name, then so be it.
