Alias Grace Novels & Stories

We just found each other, I wanted to enjoy this moment with her. “Let’s start from the beginning,” I say. I reach out to take her hand, and this time she lets me. Our hands spark as soon as we touch. My wolf is howling in my head. “My name is Alpha Colby Smith, Alpha to the Silver Crescent Pack” I say.

Lowering my gaze, I nod my head, and with as much strength as I can muster, I say, "Alpha." Zach chuckles and claps me on the back, "Relax, Amaris." "Sorry," I mumble nervously, not knowing what the proper etiquette for this type of this is. "I don't—" "Amaris," Their father says, his deep voice holding a gentleness that I wasn't expecting. "Please, have a seat. I won't bite—that's something I reserve for Rogues, duels, or my mate." He grins when his kids groan at his insinuation. "My son," he says, nodding his head towards Zach, "tells me that you're newly shifted and unaligned."

Noah turned to his parents only to find them smiling. "Noah. I don’t mean to step on your dignity son. Like I said, it’s only a gift. From a father to his son. A token of thanks and love. I would respect your decision if you want to reject it. But still I would appreciate it if you accept it. Please". Mile smiled and this time Noah smiled too. He could never crush the happiness spread on Benjamin's face. *********** Tabby

*Grace* The faint scent of musty paper filled the air as I sat at my desk, tucked away in the dimly lit research room of the museum. The cursor on my computer screen blinked relentlessly, taunting me with each passing second as I contemplated the text message displayed on my phone. 'Hey Grace,' Alex's message read. 'Are you going to the artwork exhibition tonight? I'd love for you to join me.'

Author's POV Grace was walking towards the Library when Mario saw her. He called her as per his friendly nature. "Hey!" Grace stopped and turned around. "Hi?" She looked at him confused. "Haven't seen you here before, i am Mario by the way." He smiled. "Grace!" She replied. "Don't tell me you are another annoying Marino brother." She rolled her eyes. Mario chuckled at her words. "Thankfully not!... i am Alex's friend... So Grace, how come you are here... Guest or something?..."

The two men were tall and strong, wearing the dark leathers of the Northern Stone Pack, and the scent of pine and rain coming from them made the girls feel a sense of peace they had never known. "I can feel a spark under my skin that makes me want to run to him and never let go, even though I do not even know his name or where his home is located. It is like the goddess has finally wiped away the memory of the pain we felt and replaced it with a love that is pure and true to our wolf nature," Grace said. She took a step toward the taller alpha, and her heart felt like it was finally finding its true north after being lost in a storm for so long.

"A beautiful creature, even in death. I can see why you fixated on it...oooh. The stomach. That will scar even when she is resurrected. Shameful. What is her name?" "Seraphine." He nods gruffly and lowers to the ground, outside the circle and begins to emit energy as he chants. I do not miss him lick the floor beside him to consume a forgotten trail of Sera's blood. "Delicious. I imagine drinking straight from the living host will be much, much better." He cleans his mouth and begins to chant again.

Even the camera shutters stopped. Finally, the screen froze on an old file from the Appalachian Women in Business Scholarship Program. Name: Grace Walker. Birthplace: Red Creek, West Virginia. The photo attached was the same young woman outside the church. My grandmother. The real Grace Walker. The comments churned. [So the current Grace Hale is not Grace Walker?] [The letters are right there. He just said he rejected her.] [This isn't cheating. This is identity theft.] Henry pressed his lips into a thin line. His hand gripped the edge of the table. Sweat slid from his temple.

- Do you accept caring for the elderly and orphaned pups as if they were your own? - Yes. I accept. The elder removes the golden rope, cuts Klaus's palm and then mine, joins the cuts, and reties our hands. He looks at all the pack members and says: - With the grace of the divine mother, our beloved Moon Goddess, I present her representation in the Lycan Moon Pack: Angel, mate of Alpha Klaus, and mother of us all. Everyone kneels, shows their neck, and shouts, "Luna." Then they get up and start shouting: “Long and happy life for Alpha Klaus and Luna Angel.”

Hades is a handsome young man in his late twenties, he is good in everything and can make any woman’s heart bounce in a flutter plus he is my grandson and Liza would be a perfect match, I thought. Hmm... I think I just figured out a way to pay her courtesy back.
