He showed his right thumb to me, the rows of white teeth that were neatly lined up looked dazzling, very similar to the character Teacher Man in the Naruto story.

When Kartika is about to close the door, she hears Alfi says, “Has she left yet?” “Yes,” Megumi answered briefly. Kartika then eavesdrops on their conversation through the door. “Feeling better?” Megumi asked. “Kinda,” Alfi answered briefly. Kartika is surprised hearing a cry which is Alfi's cry. “There, there, Alfi, please don”t cry.” Megumi said stroking Alfi”s hair gently. "Alfi? Crying?" Kartika thought in wonder. Alfi sobs and asks, “Why am I still alive in this pathetic world?”

So, here I was, dangling just barely off the ground by my wrists as this stupid Council kid continued to beat me. “Now now Alliah, you don’t really want to alert the others about where we are do you?” The Uriah sniggered. His other buddies laughed darkly as well. I said nothing as Uriah balled up his fist and launched it towards my stomach. I couldn’t help but feel the vomit rise in my throat as the impact made me loose my breath. Pain seared through my lower abdomen and I clenched my teeth, trying not to scream out my pain. My eyes continued to tear up as my clenched teeth gritted together. Why did they have to be so mean to me? I wouldn’t show them my pain, I wouldn’t let them win.
