I raise my eyebrows and I can hear him chuckle quietly. For some reason, my heart starts beating faster at the sound. I scrunch up my nose and I look down at my food quizzically. What is wrong with me? I don't even know the guy! Rylan nudges me and I meet her gaze. She questions me with her eyes, and I shoot her a look. Just another thing I will explain later. I sit, quietly eating, when it hits me. I don't even know his name. He is an Alpha for gods sake! How do I not know his name? My father made sure I know the name of every Alpha in the area.

he said in a calm voice. “Well, I’ll just clean it again, what do you want?” He asked in an impatient tone. “Well I’ll have 2 Grande iced matcha and BLT sandwiches,” He said as he watched the alpha. “Okay,” the alpha said. The cash register was locked off. The Alpha looked and acted like he dropped something and looked for the key in Sydney’s pocket. He found it and turned on the register and entered the order and rang up the total. “That will be $20.80” He said and Jacob nodded and gave him the right amount.

I look at Alpha Richard's Beta, "did you get that or do I need to write it down for you?" He nods at me and then at Veronica, "is there a sauce you would like with those oysters Alpha Veronica?" She smiles at him, "nope, oh and a pizza, with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and all the veggies they have on it," her eyes are bright and vibrant as she looks at him. He nods, biting his lower lip, "got it, would you care for a shake maybe with all that?" Her smile beams at me, "see he gets it," she looks at him, "yes, chocolate with chunks of strawberries in it." She licks her lips and rubs her belly, "see Auntie Angel's Beta gets us, not like your old grumpy Daddy."

Their lips were almost touching when they heard Meister's voice. "Here are what you asked for, Alpha." They both pulled back with a longing look before they turned to Meister. He was walking towards them with a cart of pizza, pop corn and sodas. He stopped in front of them and bowed his head, waiting for his Alpha's next command. Alpha Clause nodded at him as his smile disappeared, "Thank you, Meister. You can go now." "Yes, Alpha." He turned around and walked up the steps to walk out of the cinema.

I announced. Delania and I walked hand in hand to where the food had been laid out, stopping to speak to different pack members along the way. When we approached the tables, I noticed two main dishes and two main desserts and multiple sides to accompany it all. “What's with these specific dishes? I notice that there are two entrees and two desserts in abundance,” I asked. Siobhan smiled at Delania and then began to explain. “Well Alpha we decided to pay tribute to both where you have been and where you are now. Here we have Colorado style pizza and black and whit pudding roulades. For dessert we made Boston cream pies and Irish apple cakes,” she explained and pointed at each dish.

He laughs, “just tell him what kind of pizza you like, and he’ll make sure you have one when it is his night.” I nod, “what about Alpha Christov? What kind of food does he cook?” He looks at me, “Sandwiches, so he only does one night a week,” he shrugs, “being Alpha does come with perks.” I shake my head, “so Abigail only cooks 1 night too?” He nods, “yup,” he pops the p really loud, “perk of being the Alpha.” I laugh, so now that I am here, they don’t even have to cook on there one night a week.”

'Alphas, always trying to dominate others' I inwardly scoffed but glad he put her in her place. Lizzy led the way and we both sat down while she took out her notebook, "What should I get for you sir?" she asked her head still lowered not making eye contact with any of us. "What do you wanna have Ella?" He asked his gaze firmly fixed on me "Um, I think I will have a chicken and mayo pizza with slices of bacon on top," "I've never heard of that combination before," he chuckled lightly. "Well it's my favourite, I order it all the time when I go out for Pizza," I responded, all he did was smile at me followed by ordering himself a pizza as well

I put a spoonful of omelette to a palm-sized toasted bread before taking a bite, when the Alpha finally lifted his gaze, from his chocolate-drizzled waffles with a cloud of cold whipped cream atop it. “What?” I continued to chew my food, ignoring the mess and my manners. “Where are your manners?” he asked. I swallowed, “Right where I left them.” My eyes shot right outside, to the western horizon where the towering mountain that contained the entrance to The City Under. The Alpha heaved a deep sigh. “You should call it back then. They are watching us.” And by ‘they’ he means the customers. The family of the more privileged Betas, Healers, Deltas, Warriors, and so on.

Clayton added. “I think we will,” I replied with a nod. Matty returned and escorted our new arrivals to the conference room. Seven more Alphas arrived with their men: Colin, Neil, Martin, Craig, Paul, John, and Kyle. Aside from John, who was in his late fifties, the others ranged in age from twenty to thirty-five. John was another older alpha without a filter. When he and Alpha Bruce got together, it was always bad. They tended to feed off one another and could be very disrespectful, especially towards women. My mother disliked both of them with a passion.

The Alpha has said you should stay indoors for now, otherwise, we could have gone to the bakery or a pizza shop to get pizza perhaps" "Well, we can order," I tell Beatrice, watching her through the mirror in my room. "Do you know any good places to order from?" She asks. "Yes, I tried one some time ago. It was very nice. It's at Pizza Lovers. I'll call their line and order for us. They do home delivery too."
