Byron stepped forward. “Not at all it’s nice to make your acquaintance, Becca.” She looked up, then quickly looked back at her toes. “Thank you for allowing me to visit your home Alpha King Byron and Alpha Gabe.” What a strange reaction. She didn’t have to keep her eyes down. “I hope you guys brought your appetite. We made quite the spread to converse over.” I opened the door and led them to the dining room.

Alpha and his brother's convoy rolled to a stop in front of a fried chicken restaurant. The front signboard read ‘Peg & Pam Fried Chicken House’ Their car engines roared. They slammed the car doors as they climbed out of the car. Alpha stood in the middle, Kael and Dante stood beside him, Onika stood behind them and the rest of the men they came with. “This is the place?” Kael asked Alpha. Alpha’s eyes hardened “Yes. Exactly the address Adam gave. Word for word.”

Sadie had a mound of spaghetti, while Sally had Alfredo. I sat off to the side. Far enough away to not invade space, but not so far as to be excluded, either. Sage sat down next, plate stacked with pan-fried noodles and a bowl of steaming ramen. Followed by Becca, who decided on a massive steak and a loaded baked potato. As we ate, Sally looked up from her food and leaned across the table toward me. “Okay, so spill,” she finally said, keeping her tone low. “What’s the deal with the Alphas?”

, Alpha instructs. The wolves present are eager to have breakfast. I plate the Alphas breakfast while the other wolves line up to self-serve and return to their tables. “Alpha Charles, I have your breakfast here”. I await his permission to place the tray in front of him. “Forgive me for assuming, but I have prepared you pancakes, with bacon, sausage, eggs, and syrup. And a side plate of French toast and a croissant”. I inform him of the plate’s contents, then bow and begin to walk away.

She puts the gun under the counter, straightens her apron and comes over to the table, "sorry about that, would you like to order now?" Alpha doesn't miss a beat, "hmm, something in here smells amazing, got my mouth watering actually," he orders a monster breakfast so does Beta Chris and I smile at them as I place another forkful of pancakes into my mouth.

“If any of you need anything else, I would be at service.” “Thank you,” Ashton speaks for both of us. So this is what he usually orders when he comes to eat at one of the most expensive restaurants in Beacon? A burger and fries? How did I even miss that on the menu? Was it in french? Was I too distracted by the mere fact that I’m actually sitting at a table in Tastebuds? “I’m not going to throw myself at you because you the Alpha,” I say firmly to him, and he shrugs as if he does not care.

That was cold, he could've at least let me thank him for helping me that time. "What a dick." Daichi said, fixing up his tie. "They think just because they're alphas, they can strut around like their hot stuff, piss off." He yelled but they were probably too far to hear. Daichi is a beta and he's hated alphas for as long as I can remember but he's friends with some people who are alphas. He might hate alphas but in his words, "Only the Alphas who are too proud to distinguish right from wrong." Akito on the other hand is an alpha that he trusts, we all met in elemtary school but Daichi and I were friends first.

He pretended not to have heard and just finished my juice . The streets were finally full of people going about their daily business . We reached the pack house almost forty five minutes later . Being the Alpha's daughter automatically meant that everyone wanted to pour their hearts out to you . Since the Alpha was too scary , the female Alpha too busy , the soon to be Alpha also quite unapproachable , I had to be the face and ears of the family. When we reached the pack house , Mum and dad sat at the table , their meals were untouched . We took our seats next to them .

It looked like the restaurant had just opened for the day because nobody was cooking. When the waiter came, Griff ordered for us both, which was a relief because I didn’t have any idea what to pick. The first of the other tables got their food, and the patrons placed it on the hotplate with long, metallic chopsticks, filling the air with a delicious scent. “I hope you’re not expecting me to cook for you,” I said, making my voice teasing. He flashed me that grin. “Alphas are capable of more than leading a pack.”

He sneered even more when Thomas shot him an irritated glance. “Don’t act too high now, boy. Thomas, why don't you bring his, must I say, little gift here.” He muttered, eyes all the while trained on me, still with his attempt in infuriating me. “As you wished, dad.” He smirked, glancing grimly at Ethan before disappearing with some others which I assumed were Alphas. I could only guess where they were heading to as I prayed for Allan and Nico to fulfill their designated duties. Even with them gone, there were still a couple of Alphas lingering behind Sir Joshue. It was one of the reasons why the pack was infamous among all. It was because of the high numbers of Alpha’s presented here.
