Amelia stood on the threshold, her identical face flushed a deep, unnatural crimson from the biting wind, her shoulders trembling beneath the fabric of Ava's stolen white cashmere cardigan. The fragile, heartbroken victim persona that she had spent weeks meticulously performing for Michael was completely dead. Her dark eyes were wide, bloodshot, and glittering with a raw, volatile envy that she could no longer contain behind her engineered smiles. Her fingers were clutched tightly around the strap of her leather handbag, her knuckles turning a stark, bloodless white as she glared into the dim interior of the concrete room.

I sat, the weight of yesterday's conversation with Amelia still heavy on my mind, a sense of unease settling over me. Amelia had arrived at the company in mourning attire, a stark reminder of our pack’s tragedy. Frida, the beloved Luna, had passed away, leaving a void in our hearts. "I'm sure you know why I'm here. Amelia was fully dressed up with her long silky smooth hair packed in a messy bun ,she picked her phone to check the taxi which she had booked as she wasn't comfortable with Mr Jones around her. " I'm going to give you a tour but first I have to meet him , I have to meet Stanley,"she said to herself.

Xavier said in agreement. “We have to find out if saving Kira would be of more loss than remaining his enemy” Blake advised. “You are right we...” Xavier’s words were cut off and all discussions paused as Amelia walked in. She was in a very dashing blue strapless dress which trailed behind her, a deep slit to the side and very high sparkling black heels. Her neck was adorned with a heavy and pretty sea coloured choker, her hair fell down her shoulders in curly full waves and her lips were painted red.

“Did you hit your head on something?” Adelia asked and she touched Amelia’s head trying to check for any sign that Amelia hit her head. “Move you brat,” Amelia snapped and she gently pushed Adelia away. “I’m being serious here, the more we fight them , the higher our chances of dying are,” she stated. “Show no sign of fear and let the hydras do whatever they want. That’s the only way to get out of this world,” Amelia repeated.

AMELIA "So you're the elusive Amelia," a high pitched voice exclaimed as I exited from William and my bedroom. I turned around to find a beautiful Auburn haired, hazel-eyed and an extremely tall (at least when compared to me), a well-endowed female who left me in awe.

She needs me and I have to do something. "Come save me Thea" the now fake Amber calls for me like a plea. But I know this is not my Amber. This is something else. "Who are you" I cut down the chase and come directly to the point. The fake Amber smirks, horns and tail appear on her suddenly. She looks strange with thick horns which are too big for her head. She now starts pacing again and moves a few feet away from the water. Her tail hisses with restless energy.

"This is my daughter. As smart as your mother." "Always," Chantel replied, her chest swelling with pride. "And there's even better news-Amelia didn't get her wolf." Chantel leaned back on the couch, sounding as relaxed as if she were talking about the weather. "That's exactly what I was expected." Iris's smile deepened, a grimness in her eyes as she admired her freshly manicured nails, content to all plan in her control. "It's all over," Chantel said with a lazy stretch and a smirk on her lips. "I'm going upstairs now and turning Amelia's room into my second cloakroom."

Amelia said, smiling. Brian didn’t seem convinced at all, and Amelia knew it, he could see right through her, his gaze lingered on her body down to the sole of her shoes, Amelia knew she had overdressed for the occasion, there is no need to be told. She was dressed in a black and white suit with four inch heels, she wore a hat over her head and had black gloves on. Everything she had on screams “baddass”. “Amelia, I know it is not my place to determine what you do or where you go, but if you are about to do something dangerous, please don’t.”

Whatever she was thinking about must have been really serious for her to have shut her mind from the world. "Hey" I said. She didn't look up or anything,she still kept her head down.I reached to touch her and by reflex,she slapped my hand away. She got up so fast I couldn't even say Jack. And then she took a step back. I raised my hand and lowered my voice while talking to her. "Hey,hey, hey. I am not gonna hurt you. My name is Amelia,I mean Rebecca and I'm one of your neighbors. I just saw you sitting here,all lost in your thoughts, and I thought it wise to come check if everything was alright."
