Angel grunted hard and went to stand at the beginning of the pathway, watching Nadia run to him. And just when Wolfe was about to pounce on her, he leapt up to grab the cell rods to his right, scaled forward and landed in front of Wolfe. The other Were collided with him and in reflex, buried his claws in the same side, Angel was stabbed. Angel let out a loud, pain-filled cry and half-shifted instantly. He snarled at the other Were, baring his teeth, menacingly before grabbing Wolfe by the throat to pin him hard to the side iron bars.

With the speed and accuracy of a bullet, she sliced through the air, taking on the Vampire closest to her first with plans to move right down the line. Her boot landed firmly on the Vampire’s hand where he held the weapon, firing at her friends at an angle such that he didn’t realize she’d come flying at him from his left. His weapon sprayed bullets up into the air as he lost his grip. She kicked him in the stomach, grabbed him by the back of the neck, and ran her blade through his neck, leaving him spraying ash as she moved to the next Vampire. This one also didn’t realize she was there as she moved like lightning, jabbing the knife blade into his throat while she drove her elbow into his s

“Say goodnight to all your friends.” Before the angel had a chance to throw the knife to any of the Brethren, Agremon grabbed it with his free hand. He then flung Seraphiel around so that his back was facing him. Opening his mouth, Agremon thrust his head forward and bit deeply into Seraphiel’s left wing and actually tore it off, spitting it out to the side like a discarded piece of gristle. The angel let out a wail that rivaled the banshees of Ireland. Agremon dropped him to the ground unceremoniously and turned to face the Brethren, each in utter shock.

The witches closed in, their laughter echoing like a chorus of nightmares. Something inside Aqua snapped. A surge of dark energy, unfamiliar and terrifying, welled up within her. She felt her pendant grow hot against her skin, the clear crystal turning black as smoke. The air around her crackled with raw power as she turned back towards the attackers, her fear morphing into a blinding rage.

These flashes had happened several times and they were all blurry. But this time, they were crystal clear. Parts of his past life flashed before him and of the young woman whose face had always been blurred and whose face he would have killed to clearly behold. But, this time, he could see her face clearly and it was a very familiar face. His Laura. His Carrot. His Angel. He felt different. He felt as if he had been reborn. His eyes found them again. This time she had a small smile on her face and was slowly but hesitantly giving the bastard her hand to slide in the ring.

Maria said and snapped her finger and immediately a female Angel appeared and stabbed Rachael to the pew with a sword, Yvonne screamed “Maria what is this? You devil” Yvonne shouted and Uzor ran into the church and was surprised to see an empty church, he then knew they had fallen for a devil illusion, he quickly ran towards Yvonne but was stopped by the female Angel who stabbed him with a sword, lifted him up and threw him on the hard wooden chairs – he was dead; not even werewolves could stay an angel blade. I asked gently. He went quiet. Instant regret washed over me. “I’m sorry,” I said hurriedly. “You don’t have to answer that. I shouldn’t have asked.” He sighed. “It’s all right,” he said finally. “Perhaps you deserve to know.” He leaned back slightly. “She’s been that way since birth,” he said. “She hasn’t spoken a word since the day I met her.” Pain threaded through his voice, deep and raw. I swallowed hard. And in that moment, I understood something clearly, Angel wasn’t just a responsibility to him. She was his greatest wound.

~~~ Amaya "Among the supernaturals, there are different types. Vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters, witches, angels, demons and, elements. They all have different characteristics and abilities." Who would've thought that we had such creatures living among us? "The one who attacked you was a shapeshifter. They are known to be able to imitate any living form. They can change and impersonate any living being on this planet. They can be very dangerous. You might be having a normal conversation with your mom one day but it could be a shapeshifter and you wouldn't even know." As he spoke to me, a little piece of my memory from that night came back.
Angel blades had been highly coveted once upon a time because they could kill any species despite whatever defenses they might have. We were fucking lucky to know someone who had access to one because it was definitely a necessity in this case. “Let’s take a brief break for lunch and get to planning,” Elle said, smirking when everyone eagerly agreed. ‘I’m so fucking proud to have you by my side, babe.’ Ziyah flashed me a breathtaking smile and said, “there’s nowhere else that I would rather be.’
Ouch,” she cried out, holding her arm. Sharp pains shot through her right arm which had made its second hurtful contact with the floor that day. She didn’t have time to think because she was immediately dragged harshly off the floor by the man she fell with, who had already stood, still looking murderous. “Who the f**k do you think you are,” he spat angrily. She cringed at his raised voice, then began trying to free her left arm. “Let go of me, you bastard!”
