There are people who are depressed and don’t know what to do. Many people need help but are not as focused as I used to be. Maybe it’s because people around them think they’re just acting. They may not have the money to consult, or they may be embarrassed to see because people may think they are crazy.

This is an apology note to all of you who had been reading this book. I am sorry for not being able to update chapters frequently and make you all wait for so long. I don't want to provide any excuses because you all have been so kind and supportive, so it makes me feel terrible to not give updates frequently.
