I couldn't read the book, but the illustrations were quite detailed and as I flipped from page to page, the full story began to form in my head. I was so engrossed in reading the book that dawn broke and I didn't realize it. Arnou was the first person to knock at my door in the morning. Still poring over the book, I absentmindedly shouted “Come in.” Only after I yelled it did I realize I could speak again. Arnou came into the room with a smile on his face. “You have your voice back!” he said cheerfully. As soon as Arnou caught wind of the expression on my face, his smile dropped.

I answered with a sly smile on my face. And then he started. I think I found my favorite way of reading my books, and that would be through Damon. Audio books didn't come close. At the first page, he was been all grumpy and dragging the words, but when it got to the part where the female lead walked in on her husband fucking his maid, his entire expression changed.
