The main reason why she didn’t want to be home early was that she didn’t want to get buried in her many thoughts. She decided to kill time by cleaning up her room. A few minutes into rearranging, she saw her old diary. She used to keep a diary where she mainly wrote about her high school crush, Jason, who never noticed her. Going through it took her down memory lane. She had written a lot about how annoying Aiden was and some of the pranks he played on her. It also had good memories of her and the girls. She smiled from nostalgia as she kept reading. Clara stumbled upon one of the pages of her hatred for Aiden. He really filled up her dairy.

Knowing that time was of the essence, I could not dilly-dally. With much difficulty, I made it to the entrance to hail a cab to another hospital. There was a downpour out there, and heavy raindrops pattered scarily on the glass. Holding my phone, I waited for 10 minutes or so. No cab came to me. Enduring the pain, I went to the nurses' station to ask for other doctors who were on shift. The nurse's smile faded when she saw me. She dismissed me with a wave. "Our doctors are all occupied."

Aurora hurriedly raised her head, put on a listening posture, and quickly replied: - Please tell me, I will pay attention carefully. The other watch hesitated again, which made Aurora a little nervous. Perhaps what the person in front of her is about to say is extremely important. She must listen carefully, remember well, and not be allowed to forget. The clock hesitated for a moment, then said in a hoarse voice: – I am not a clock, I am just shaped like a clock to represent time. Call me a time trader, or Luan.

" And your diary? Are you still writing? - Loretta wanted to know, after a while. " More than ever! It's definitely the therapy I've found. But I'm changing it up with reading some books… I've borrowed two from him. "His… Max Anthon? " Himself. " Wow, must be that very erudite literature. - Loretta wrinkles her nose. " That's where you're wrong! They are contemporary. Very current, I would say. Want to borrow one to distract your mind for those hours?

that I had built from nothing was now one of the group's most profitable subsidiaries. The HR director nearly spilled her coffee when she saw my resignation letter. "Ms. Shaw, you're resigning? Does Mr. Carter know?" I smiled faintly. "He's swamped right now." Seeing the flash of sympathy in her eyes, I knew the entire company was watching my embarrassment play out. Back at the western suburbs villa, this place had once been our quiet retreat, somewhere we'd occasionally stay for peace. My small fragrance studio was still here. While packing, I found a yellowed note tucked inside a book called "The History of Perfume". It was Alex's handwriting, youthful yet bold.

Every muscle in Marcus’ body ached when he breathed. It especially hurt to open his eyes. He hadn’t consumed so much alcohol before that it had caused such an ill effect on him. The sun peeked in through his window, making him squint. What time of the day was it? Looked to be somewhere near the noon hour. Why did he sleep so long? There was much to do.

I let the rainbow colours come again. The Here and Now It's taken way too long to get to Tim's home, back from my trip to the lake. “Hey Alex, nice to have you back. Susan will drop by in a moment to discuss something about the band, but we've got some time right now.” Tim cheerfully greets me at the door. I run past him to the bookcase. And on the way I yell, "Do you still have the book The Time Machine?" "No sorry, I lost it a long time ago. Otherwise I would have already given it to you when you started about time travel.”

*** The hard cover book stared at him as he contemplated writing on it. He needed someone to hear his thoughts, if not someone, something. He gently opened the book and flipped pages after pages that he had written when he was sober and other times when he wasn't, his words were crude and blunt. Dear diary, I realized something too late, and it is the fact that I don't want to move on. I want to continue to love her and her, me. Every happy moments should be with me Clarissa, and not someone else....

There was no time to make him dinner. Still, I nodded. I could change my flight to 10 p.m. and let that meal be my last goodbye.
