“It’s my old note.” “Music note?” Calum laughs. I never thought he would laugh around me this fast. “No, my chemistry note from back then. I was pretty badass in chemistry.” He flips the pages, showing me the footnotes at the ends of some pages. “This can help you remember.” I collect the note without touching him. He rubs a hand over the base of his neck, we have that awkward stare moment, then he clears his throat. “I could show you how to create tunes with them.”

the bellboy came to me, “somebody asked me to give you this. I was instructed to tell you to keep the note with it.” He gave me a white long-stemmed rose with a note. The note is similar to the previous notes I received before. I could not help but think that the note may have come with a secret message. Each note contains different watermarks: I, O, E, L, T, and ?, while each has printed numbers 1, 3, 5, 12, 25, and 29, respectively. “Hurry up, Patricia,” I was brought back to my senses when Tom called, “You need to get in the room fast. Your customer has been waiting for you for almost an hour.”

"Okay, I understand what you mean." Luke nodded satisfactorily. "Good, you must be alert, watch whoever's walks into and leaves the room, this note is bad from a certain small, special ink bottle, oddly bluish, if you suspect you see it with anyone... find me."

The note that came at the end of the third week was different from the others. No pleasantries. No references to dinners or preferences or watches. One line, written in the same careful hand: The game isn't over. It's just changed shape. Enjoy the quiet.

The room is in disarray, furniture overturned, and belongings scattered across the floor. In the center of the chaos, a note lies on the bed, held down by a heavy paperweight. I approach it cautiously, glancing around to ensure no one is hiding in the shadows. I pick up the note, my hands trembling as I unfold the paper. The message is short but chilling: “We have them. Don’t do anything stupid if you want to see them again.” My mind races as I try to process the situation. Who could have done this? And why? I need answers, and I need them fast. I pocket the note and turn on my heel, wanting nothing more than to hunt down the bastards who tried to mess with me.

It was a note, written in a hurried scrawl: *Trust no one. Not even those closest to you.* The message was ominous, and it sent a shiver down my spine. Who had left it there? Was it meant for me, or had someone else hidden it long ago, a relic of past deceit? The words only heightened my sense of paranoia. I tucked the note into my pocket, feeling its weight like a stone.

It’s like killing two birds with one stone—reclaiming my memories and stopping Celestia from being introduced before me. I swing my legs off the bed, about to stand when something catches my eye. A note. It’s folded neatly on my nightstand. I frown, reaching for it and unfolding the paper.
