Cassian replied him and then moved his eyes to look at Maximus who stared at Julianne like he wanted something from her. “Who is she?” Maximus asked and Julianne looked at him. Not they? He is the oldest Alpha out there. He doesn't say another word, until we left the bustle of the city, the skyscrapers thinning, although we still remained in quite a busy looking neighbourhood. Asher hissed. Asher is my best friend, and he is like a brother to me, but I swear he does not get sarcasm. Nash said that with so much sarcasm you could practically see the puddle of it on the damn floor. I still had a fair amount of adrenaline flowing through my veins. I am not sure how we deal with this. Between Kaleb and his ADD and Asher with his damn tism, as the girls call it, not to mention that he also has ADD it is like living with two five year olds sometimes. How these two function and help run a damn pack on a daily basis is beyond me.
