The guild members' resolve held strong, and they emerged victorious once more. Finally, they reached the last floor. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as they entered the final room. Samuel's voice crackled over the communication devices, guiding their movements. As they stepped into the room, the sight that met their eyes was chilling. Greyson stood before them, his expression a mix of arrogance and defiance. He was flanked by his remaining henchmen, their guns aimed at the guild members. "Jota," Greyson's voice was mocking, his gaze flickering over the guild members. "You've come to face me at last, be ready to die."

He slowly brought his face closer to Haya as if he intended to kiss her, Haya's anxiety was extremely intense at those times and he just closed his eyes. My body was weak, my muscles lost their strength, but I fought. He shoved me extremely hard. So hard that I gasped before it happened. I stumbled backward and my foot caught on the edge of the rug, nothing much. The edge of the coffee table met the back of my heart.

Annabelle urged Ashley, who decended the stairs rather sluggishly. "If you're so eager to go, then off you go. I'll join you soon" Ashley said and Annabelle ran off. Getting to the long corridor that led to the assembly hall, she was stopped by the robust guy she met at the park yesterday. "This pervert again!" Her inner mind screamed and a look of disgust appeared on her face. "What?" She sassed. "You should watch the way you talk to me" He said with utmost seriousness and she rolled her eyes. "Out of my way" She tried to shove him aside, but he gripped her hand. Anger flashed through Ashley's eyes, her fists tightened.

She leaned casually against the wall, arms crossed, eyes sharp. “Morning,” she said, voice sweet but cold. “Morning,” I said, not stopping. “You’re getting too comfortable,” she warned. “I’m not comfortable,” I said. “I’m alive. That’s enough.” “You don’t belong here,” she said. “Neither do you,” I shot back. Her lips tightened. She took a step closer. “You think Sinclair protects you because he has no choice. You’re wrong.”

I finished as the doors opened. "There's our fearless leader. What are we up against?" Asher asked. He was playing with some kind of machine, like always. His fingernails browned from grease, with a matching smear down his cheek. His butterscotch eyes alight with a child's joy and an adolescent's irreverence.

Asha pulled away and blew air out of her mouth while she glared at Young. “Go kick rocks asshole. You’re not entitled to my body or it’s pleasure just cause you popped up from the grave.” He clapped his hands together and smiled with a sinful glee. “There she is! I thought she’d been killed off from dealing with the dusty ass niggas you’ve been entertaining in my absence.” Asha scoffed and rolled her eyes, again. “Whatever.”
