We locked the dungeon’s door and walked back toward the bedroom, making sure to walk in the shadows as we did, careful not to be seen. We entered the bedroom and I couldn’t help but let out a sigh of relief when we did, wrapping my arms around Iris and pulling her in for a hug. The echoes of punches and kicks reverberated through the room as two assassins engaged in a fierce duel, their movements fluid and precise. Adjacent to the sparring ring, there was a section dedicated to agility and stealth training. An obstacle course challenged assassins to navigate through a maze of laser beams, pressure-sensitive floors, and hidden traps. Emine watched as a young recruit stealthily weaved her way through the obstacles, her movements almost ethereal, her body a silhouette in the shadows.

Jason hooked his foot behind The Wraith's ankle and yanked. The assassin hit the floor hard enough to crack concrete, the wire slipping from his hands.
