I gave one final, massive push of light. The hall went silent. I fell forward, my head hitting Alaric’s chest. I was so tired. I couldn't move my legs. I couldn't even lift my hand. My vision was turning black around the edges. "Izzy!" I heard Leo’s voice. He was back on his feet, his face twisted in a mask of fury. He was charging at us, his purple sword raised high. Powerful. “You are seeing the First War.” Luna turned. A tall figure stood beside her. His cloak shimmered like starlight, and his eyes burned with silver fire. “Who are you?” she asked.

ELARA POV: I sat there shocked and taken aback by what I just saw and heard. But then my mind became aware of my surroundings, the room, Aiden’s room, the Alpha’s room. It felt so unreal. On one side, there was a huge painting of a wolf standing on a cliff, its eyes glowed as he howled. Another corner had carved wolf symbols, giving the room an ancient touch. There was a huge chandelier which was hung in the center of the room. It looked like it was made out of black metal and twisted branches, beautiful!
