She whispers in the air, enough for him to hear. All elements went rogue. As Adhira turns into a monster that everyone fears, the ground starts shaking and unceasingly spanks. It was already raining fire in every kingdom, as all the waters turn into acid that could annihilate anything in an instant. The wind gets rough, and destroys anything it could pass through. There was sudden lavish darkness that made the entire realm disastrous. And right now, all they see is the girl levitating in the air, surrounded by an energy barrier while six dragons of different elements guarding her. Her blood-red eyes are piercing through their souls. Her hair turns black which resembles darkness.

Madchen marveled at the men’s healthy appetites. Nothing can be achieved by waiting for Beth to be revived, so I stumble towards the hatch separating the cryonic area from the bridge and press the auto control. On the flight deck, warning lights flash a kaleidoscope of colors across every screen. Monitors stream data from the ship sensors as Ingoran, our pilot, switches view constantly. “What’s going on?” I yell above the sound of the alarms. Ingoran ignores my question. “Look!” Judah standing beside Peter, shouts. The main screen displays a tsunami of cosmic projectiles hurtling towards us. An asteroid storm stretches into deep space as far as the eye can see. I realize that somewhere back in time, a giant supernova must have exploded.

We landed with my back facing the ground full of marbles, shattered bottles, and garbage while she landed in a kneeling position with her blazing eyes still staring at me and her hand on my neck. “Never forget that I AM MIKHA’EL,” She said in a thundering voice that made the whole place shake, and she stood up and spread her wings and flew away in her phoenix form. Like nothing happened. Yes, I am nothing compared to her. HE IS MICHAEL who disguises himself as a teenage girl. WTF?

Water convulsed and lifted, funneling skyward, a twisting serpent of spray. “Oh, for the love of raw meat!”Trinity snapped. You made a tornado. “Stop it before it eats the castle, Firestorm!” Damn it! What the hell was this? Was the Moon Goddess bored and using me for entertainment? I dug my claws into the wet ground, heart slamming. The waterspout spun faster, lurching toward the shore. Towards the castle. “Fuck a duck and ten chickens!” How much more was I supposed to take? “Focus!” Trinity barked. “You started it and you can stop it. Find your calm. Pull it back.”

I don’t trust easily and I hardly ever let people in, but Hayley gives off the vibe of someone who would go to war for her friends… and clown them to death while at it. We would drive Silvan insane for sure. But isn’t driving him insane the point of my entire existence? Taking a deep breath, I slip from behind him and give Hayley a small smile. “Hello, Hayley. I spotted blonde hair as she stepped out of the bathroom, her blue dress clinging to her figure in a way that stopped me in my tracks. Astrid. Her hips swayed under that dress, the same color as her eyes. For a moment, I stood there, just staring. I had once memorized every inch of that body with my lips, kissed and worshipped every part. My hands ached to touch her, to hold her again, but she wasn’t mine anymore. She never would be. Astrid Blythe was a cheating liar. She stopped to chat with a few guests, her smile perfect and practiced. She was good at this—masking whatever she felt. Once, she’d been an open book to me. Her eyes had always given her away. But now? Now I couldn’t read her.

From everything Ray had just displayed, she had finally confirmed the nature of his abilities. Ray ignored her. Another barrage of supersonic stones shot forth. "This is going too far!" Astrid roared. Her body swelled violently as the surrounding snow surged toward her, clinging to her form. In an instant, she transformed into a colossal ice giant over a hundred meters tall. "Die!" She drove a massive fist toward Ray.

It was a low, clear note that resonated in the hollow of his bones. Aethoniel approached, the silken shadows that clung to his form trailing behind him like a royal cloak. He was tall, all sharp angles and predatory grace, his skin the pale silver of moonlight, his hair a fall of ink-black silk. His eyes, the colour of aged mercury, swept over her. She was a storm-witch, he’d been told. Her magic would taste of ozone and unleashed tempests. “Do you know why you are here, Astrid?” he asked, his voice a low hum that vibrated in the air between them.

Her nails dug into her palms once more, blood beading beneath her flawless skin. Her wolf stirred inside her, cold and vicious. She must fall. Lilith’s lips curved into a smile as sharp as glass. If whispers were not enough, she would sharpen them into blades. Stormfang would not accept a human Luna. Not while she lived.
