Audio Books Through Library Novels & Stories

I said, grinning from teeth to teeth like a child. We walked into the library. It looked like it had been a while, since it was in use. We went through several sections which included, finance, self-improvement, ethics, business amongst all. I caught a glimpse of a book I had been wanting to read, “Atomic Habits” by James Clear. I picked it immediately, and started going through it. After a while, I noticed I wasn't hearing any sound from the cook. I looked around and found her wiping tears off her eyes with the hem of her apron.

I bring Angel a spare phone with my Spotify playlist on it. I have no idea what kind of music she likes, but I’ll find out and create a playlist for her. I grabbed several books from the library in the packhouse. Again, I’ll figure out what she likes and make sure we have it here for her. I show her how to listen to the playlist and then help her figure out the speaker so she can listen before I head out.

I roll my eyes and pulled the library door closed behind me, bringing me some silence although the girls screams were growing louder. I plugged in my headphones and pulled out a book from my bag and began to read, the girly screams were loud and very distracting, no matter how loud I turned up the music to my headphones all I could hear was them. “All for a guy” and I yank them out of my ears.

Cassian POV Pregnant. I tried to pretend to read the heavy tome about dinosaurs that sat on my lap, but I was doing a poor job at it. The library was quiet today. Or maybe it was always this quiet. I didn’t usually come to the library. Usually, I didn’t have time to read, I only listened to audiobooks when I was working out. But I had the day off, and I didn’t want to stray too far from my mate.

I wasn’t even sure if he’d gotten everything settled with his frat brothers when he drove me to the airport in the morning. I tried to let those thoughts fade away while on my flight home. I put in my earbuds and decided to listen to one of the smutty werewolf audio books Hana has gotten me hooked on, Alpha Gray by CJ Primer, with Theo and Maddie as narrators. The book is HOT, and Theo’s voice… yeah, it makes for an enjoyable two-and-a-half-hour flight. I love how he changes his voice when speaking for each Alpha. Hana told me they’ve done the narration for the rest of the series, and I can’t wait to listen.
