A laughter erupted from her throat. Agatha thought it was rather strange for this woman to be talking like this. Even if this woman was bisexual, she was not into it. She was straight. She already got her own lover. She’s not interested. The clown lifted her fingertips to her face and said, “I can see where I will be cutting you up. The slicing will be done to perfection. Nothing will be amiss.” Agatha’s stomach started to churn from this clown’s words. The clown put one of her fingertips to her lips and jumped with excitement. “Oh, oh, how prefect your face will look on me.”

His booming laugh shattered whatever private bubble Chloe and I had just constructed. "Well!" Alpha Horton clapped his hands together, his chest swelling with self-importance. He looked over at Augustus with a wide, toothy grin. "What do you say, Augustus? Is your boy willing to let Chloe take him out to explore a possible relationship? Augustus’s laughter. Turning to look at him, her eyes remain focused on the boy as he laughs with his teeth showing, his busted lips long forgotten. She has never seen Augustus laugh like this, especially not in the open, so when she realizes that him laughing in front of her means he trusts himself to open up to her, she smiles despite herself, feeling comforted.
