“ If you were my wife, I’d never let you out the house!” The inside of the room where the party was being kept was lively. Neon lights bouncing off the walls and all all the latest music was blasting through the surround sound. Hey mama, you look yummy. As she walked in a circle around Capri, Ki was praising her friend. “Let’s get you a drink so you can get loose!” Ki… “One of anything fruity that creeps up on you later, she needs it!” Capri…. “I’m not a drinker if it has a heavy alcohol taste I can’t stomach it!”

Beyond the Divorce

Beyond the Divorce

Ava was pointing at a breadfruit tree heavy with fruit. My dad smiled and said, "That’s the breadfruit you eat every day." Ava blinked her big eyes, staring at the fruit on the tree. "But the breadfruit I eat is yellow. Why is this one so dark, like a big winter melon? It's so ugly." Jenny immediately countered, "No, that's wrong. Winter melons are smooth, but this one has bumps." I laughed and turned to my dad. "Why is it so big though?"

This story should be a one star but I know it won’t show if I don’t give it a 5 star rate that how good novel works. Chapter are too short and this story is dragging on forever. I don’t know why I am still reading it. There’s no hot passionate scenes or chapters i don’t know how you got promoted.

I loved this book. I liked all the characters and their interactions. Loved Atlas & Chloe together. Parts of the book are very suspenseful and made it hard to put down. Liked that she was a mom and a business owner. She was strong and intelligent. Hated that the book was over. Highly recommend.

The Second Chance

The Second Chance

The long-haired woman already had an idea, so as soon as possible, she brought the card in her right hand closer and closer to the lower right corner. In less than a minute, the sound of something falling came from the vending machine. Abby deftly took the drink she had bought. However, Massimo discovered an irregularity because the woman who still harbored the trauma of love instead took two bottles of a drink that had the words 'cavocado' written on it, which means cappuccino avocado. That handsome man was aghast when he saw something proffered for him. "Take it, Husband."

Pack

Pack

Months later . . . The craving for chocolate hit her hard. Ooey, gooey, melt-in-her-mouth goodness. Rubbing her rounded belly, Thea rose from the couch and headed to the kitchen, but just like poor Old Mother Hubbard's, her cupboards were bare. The silly children's rhyme made her smile as she perused the shelves. Saltine crackers, cans of soup, some stale cereal. No chocolate. I guess I should have done some grocery shopping before coming home from work.

VELVET

VELVET

I curiously asked, placing my elbows on the counter. "It's called Ratatouille. Trust me you'll love it," He answered, his eyes focused on his hands. "Yummy-like in the movie?" I questioned, letting out a small laugh. Setting his knife down, he looked up at me and gave me a confused look. "The animated film with the little rat that cooks?" I tried to explain but his puzzled expression remained. "What are you talking about?" He asked, turning around and tending to the pot on the stove.

Once A Doormat, Now A Famous Billionaire Heiress

Once A Doormat, Now A Famous Billionaire Heiress

He handed me a mug of what looked like a greenish brown sludge. "What is that?" I asked, wrinkling my nose. "It's a pregnancy smoothie," He said proudly. "Kale, spinach, banana, mango and a secret ingredient that's guaranteed to give you energy and make our baby strong. My sister took a lot of it when she was pregnant." I took a hesitant sip. It was surprisingly good. "Secret ingredient, huh?" I said with a small smile. "Avocado," He whispered, as if it was a national secret.

If he wasn't mistaken, she was going to make sandwiches. “Avocados are good for your health.” Caterina made an excuse. “I'm allergic to avocados. She also knew every little thing about him. She even knew his allergies the best. Caterina would always warn the maids that there were no avocados at La Vendetta headquarters because Leonardo was forbidden to eat them. However, now Caterina intends to feed him avocados.

Sins With My Ex's Father

Sins With My Ex's Father

was all I could say. "Yes! They're a sight worth seeing. There's also Jabuticaba, which grows directly on the trunk of its tree, looking like black grapes hugging the bark. Very mystical-looking. And then.... there's Black Sapote (Chocolate Pudding Fruit). It's green on the outside, but the flesh is dark and sweet like pudding. Honestly, the list is endless. Oh, and there's also Cloudberry. It's golden and soft, almost like tiny glowing suns. Sigh, I wish I could have snapped some or something."
