Succubus in your Dreams

Succubus in your Dreams

And his head was missing. In the half-light of the reluctant dawn lay a shoe. From its size Mac deduced that the bearer was petite, likely no heavier than the average twelve year old. Yet it was sexy, sophisticated and undeniably high-end. Or at least it had been. Now the heel had broken off and it was plastered with drying mud. A short way off lay it's pair, unbroken, kicked off in haste. He moved around trying not to disturb the mud, there were barefoot impressions; not the rolling motion of heel-strike walking, but only the balls of the foot and the toes.

The Lost Alphas Daughter

The Lost Alphas Daughter

Whoever said running in heels was easy… lied. I stop, pulling off my shoes and tossing them aside. At least the frozen ground is solid enough to walk on without sinking into mud—so much for presenting myself with any dignity. I can almost picture Bradens disspointed face as I walk barefoot home. A sharp snap of a branch makes me whip my head around, but I see no one. It’s probably just a guard making their patrol rounds. I need to stop being so jumpy.

The Lycan King’s Destiny

"I’ll help you with the heels. Just take it slow." I nodded, grateful for her support. Walking in these heels felt like trying to balance on a tightrope. My legs were shaky, and every step felt painful. I didn't get many shoes back at home, only sandals and worn out flats, I gripped Azel’s arm a little tighter, afraid of tripping over my own feet.

Barefoot Kisses

Barefoot Kisses

I didn't want to be a complete ditz. “Yeah,” I answered. The pain was fading, but it still hurt. “I just stepped on something sharp.” Aiden dropped to his knees a took my foot in his hand. His gentle fingers probed my flesh and I had to put my hand on his shoulder for balance because he was making my world spin with want. “You're barefoot again,” he chastised gently. “It doesn't look like you broke the skin, though. You have something against shoes?” “You're just as barefoot as I am,” I informed him. “Besides, who goes swimming with shoes?”

BENEATH THE MASK

BENEATH THE MASK

POV: Akayda I ran as fast as my feet could carry me. Damn you Akayda. You should have taken gym class seriously back in high school. I didn’t stop running until I felt my lungs begin to beg for air. The very second I burst out through the club doors, I quickly removed my white heels, bent down, and picked them in my hands and began running barefoot on the pavement like my life depended on it—and just so you know, my life did depend on it.

Mermaid And Her Bad Boy Alpha

Still, if I had my own way neither would be happening. When my bare toes finally nudge his in the black sand, I keep my gaze locked on our mismatched feet. His are twice the size of mine and more deeply submerged in the soft ground. I hunch my shoulders protectively, waiting for the inevitable blows and praying they will only be verbal.

Yes please update and give us a schedule or more regular updates. I love this story but it is getting difficult to keep track of everything when I come back to read it as it takes up to a month to get one chapter…. Please update more consistently, please.

O.M.G!!! I absolutely love this book. I’ve read many great books on this platform but this just became my new favorite. Well written, easy to read, grammar, spelling all on point. This will be one I read over and over.

We're on Equal Footing

We're on Equal Footing

I snatched my phone from Daniel and said breezily, "My best friend. I put her down as 'Babe' for the fun of it." I felt Daniel's suspicious gaze on me as I padded out to the balcony to take the call. I didn't know why Silas was calling me now of all times. "Is something wrong?" I heard the sound of glass hitting a hard surface, followed by Silas' tired voice. "Nothing. I'm just tired and wanted to hear your voice. Have you gone through the prenuptial agreement yet?"

Legacy of the Wolf

Legacy of the Wolf

“After all it's not like he would hurt her, and maybe she could get Theron to talk to her again” Mj looked down at her shoes and groaned, “did she really have to wear them?” Mj groaned “it's not like she could really get hurt if she didn't,” she thought “worse case she got a cut on her foot and the wolf in her healed her almost faster then she could feel the pain of the injury so what was the harm really in freeing herself from the bondage of shoes?” Mj giggled to herself thinking about how liberating it really felt being barefoot and braless.

OMG this is an amazing book! I never write reviews on this app, but I had to for this book. I want this in print form so I can read whenever. I'm so invested in Mj's life. I cried, I laughed, sometimes so hard that I would wake up my guy. I will binge read it again when the second book comes out.

I laughed, cried, got mad, and had to remind myself I was reading a book. I became quite engrossed in the story and characters. Your descriptions allowed me to “see” the story vividly in my minds eye. Thank you for sharing your brilliant imagination and for having the courage to publish your work.

The Unchosen Mate

The Unchosen Mate

I couldn’t move anything but my legs. But then shifted the balance: like a large bear that was too heavy for the tree it had climbed and tipped the tree over, he used his weight to tip the scales, forcing me over and reaching his feet to the ground. He landed in a low crouch, practically a squat. Meanwhile I had been launched sideways like his attack had begun, my arms pinned to my sides, caught like a fish horizontally, flapping helplessly while he had gripped me, his weight balanced beneath him low to the ground.

I don't care about the dragging. the book is good overall. just need consistent updates even if it's only 3 times a week. would like to hear from the author from time to time. My question is, will there be another book? I need to know everything that's missing and where everyone will end up. thanks
DCC
I started reading this book and I realized this is just book one and the main characters end up together towards the end. Can someone please confirm if the male lead will only have steamy scenes with Jaz and will show her devotion and love for most of this book?

Assassin's Daughter

Assassin's Daughter

I opened the laces and threw my shoes away and started running on my bare feet. "It's fine Iris. It's fine." I mumbled under my breath and gave a pep talk to myself. "Lots of people Practice on bare feet... It is just a ground, Iris..." I scolded myself again for being such a fragile girl. "Ah...." I screamed in pain when I felt some sharp stone piercing through my skin. Some foreign objects eventually scratched my feet and the sharp pain shot through my body. Limping a little I chose to ignore all such pain and kept on running.

I wonder, why Dimitrios hates her so much-i don't think it's bs she attack him and try to kill him, it's something else, something related to her parents more like Yuri? what's his animosity with Yuri, what Yuri did, that Dimitrios wants to make it pay from Iris..
